Really like the app especially the Tim Martin stories great for a laugh cheers for that brings a smile to my face cheers paul I am having 1 slight headache everytime I write a post and send it in it's never added hopefully will be rectified this problem is Still happening why it now refuses to allow me to log in and sign up there must be something wrong with the software which needs sorting urgently

When you are prompted to a new story it doesn't always load and going back to the home page only shows older stories. This fault is only recent.

Since the update, the app doesn't open when a new notification pops up

Articles don't open up from notifications.

The app is alright, but articles often refer to 'widgets' that can't be seen by app users which is very amateur. Also, when you navigate back from an article, it's literally impossible to find the article again. There should be a feature to retrieve the last 5/10 articles read. Lastly, there are lots of annoying ads.

Although sometimes full of facts you may want to know I am constantly intrigued by the number of times one story is repeated, up to about 6/7 times nearly all the same all at the same time. Surely once is enough! The reporter reviews of food tasting are all a waste of time as, surely, you eat what you like.

the first picture always come a little short on the phone as part of the picture is cut off. they need to bring the picture a bit lower so you can view in full. for the rest it is excellent app. much information. quick updates too

Great app for Londoners and visitors. Just enough of everything without inundating the user, articles hit the right balance of being quick to read and having enough information. I like the fact you can also choose to have more local information and news as well as London wide and even information about events or activities and places to get to easily from London, as well as house prices and schools info. I always find something interesting here.

I get 'We're having trouble finding this article' a lot, which I assume is due to the article getting deleted etc, ultimately it's not a great user experience if tens of thousands of app users are likely getting the same error message - often immediately after receiving a notification to read said story(!)

a little to many notifications, it seems every ten minutes I'm getting some kind of news story. I'm also getting news story's from other areas, I'm sure Croydon is lovely, but I'm not that interested in their local news. so it's not bad, but could do with some touch ups.

Used to Work, Now Absolutely Broken! After loading I have Zero Articles Displayed. It used to function until a update two months which broke it, and no uodate has been released since to fix the App. Reinstalling does not help, and this issue exists on both my Android 8 Phone and my Android 9 Tablet.

Love the app. It's easy to use with easy navigation and interesting articles. Wish the notifications when clicked opened the related article and not just the home page.

Just my cup of tea. Straight forward journalism, clear easy and fast site navigation combined with a good variety of interesting side topics ( What's on, Arts etc). Well done.

Good idea but not loving going into any story and suddenly being told to go visit Brazil... I loathe audible advertising like you wouldn't believe... The most counter productive thing ever designed.. Sorry I have a bit of a war with intrusive advertising, so, uninstalling...

Reminds me of reading a red top paper as in only half an idea of what they think the actual news really is and filling up the bulk of their story with obvious sentences, but otherwise can sometimes be a little useful with local news. JFW. Has now blocked me from leaving comments about any article's I may want to say something about. Not a very democratic thing for a supposed free speaking online newspaper to do. How shameful of you. Off goes the App literally.

Just reinstalled after more than a year, still can't select text or zoom into images, will be uninstalled again. Employ a UX Designer so you know what the end users expect.

Changes to integrate with other apps had not worked. News sources not accurate to preferred area and the app is riddled with ads. Get West London was good. This is poor now

Wish to have direct questions and answers addressed to on a selective basis for all including those of the Commonwealth suffering abroad. People were in UK and want to be back on an investment basis as to contribute, and which be dealt with at the Embassy of the country of origin. Thanks.

Good for staying informed about what is happening in London. Since today's update (23,5,2019) am getting notifications, and on attempting to open app. nothing happens!

It doesn't open from notification and keep loading the page, need to press go Back where old news there. Even after refreshing it keeps loading the page.

when I click to open an article in my local area, the app shuts down. have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. please fix!

Reasonable app, few issues with its functionanity. However, it is pretty woke and full of some odd content.

All you posting on this app is nagative news, full of negativity. In one week time I couldn't see a positive news about London. It's all about media promoting pro brexit through this app, for people not to feel safe in this wonderful city.

app crashes since last update done all that when I click on my local areas app closes it happens to everyone I no that uses your app so problem is at your end

I like it, loads of content. I don't even live in London or England. It beats reading about Sturgeon everyday in the Scottish press!!

I subscribe to around 20-30 news sights at any one time (get a life! I know) The most constant refreshing of content I know of

It never opens on the notifications to my phone, and then difficult to navigate.
