The app is not able to detect the klik band. Earlier it used to detect very quickly. Now, not possible. Waited for more than 5 minutes but no detection. Also, every time it asks for sign up. These issues have come since past 2-3 weeks. Earlier it was smooth experience.
I was using this app for more than 4 years. But it suddenly stopped working and didn't count my walking steps. I tried to logout login, didn't work. I uninstalled and try reinstall, still it didn't work and internet connection is not available. On the same nework I am able to use other app and Google, even writing this feedback on same photo and same network. Not sure what's your developers did, but from a good app now you're becoming a bad hope. Please try to fix as soon as you.
Problematic app. I am using this app from more than 2 years but suddenly it stopped the points from ladt 3 days. I logout the app and login again but not able to...it is showing 'no internet connection' whereas I am able yo do other things with the same network. Do we have to spent so much time on this app. Better to download another app.
Does not calculate steps accurately, when on a call while walking it dosent count, if u have two counting apps in ur phone the difference would be about 5000 steps. Good thing is to form a group and participate in walking competition.
I made a booking through app for the sample collection from home in Bangalore on Monday 18th November 2019. Booking is still showing as pending. I have made the additional payment for the vitamin tests as well. Our was corporate package and I don't know whom to contact further now. Data refresh is horrible (hasn't happened even once in the past 1 month). Steps count is quite accurate though. But without data refresh, its useless!
It doesn't connect with mi fit nd customer support is always out of service. See how it's not able to sync data. Have been complaining no person is Interested in solving Day 5: not able to sync the data
The data refresh rate is very poor. Also the support is non responsive. It's a simple step counter, nothing else
Seems the Getactive team has become irresponsive nowadays. I am not able to login to the application from the past 4 months and I have emailed the team as well. Got the ticket # but till date there is no resolution from the team.
Since last 4 days it has not updated....and what is the issue it doesn't get updated on real time basis. I am regular user and wants resolution for this.
Like everyone said, steps aren't accurate. Looks like it is grabbing data from Google Fit. The articles posted are very generic, and some just wrong.
I completed my 2k run in 10' 48" but I am not able to see my name in the leaderboard. People who have taken more time are still present in the leaderboard.
Not able to login with office mail id due to already registered on device with personal email address. Also third-party device is very limited to Garmin, fitbit. I have Fossil gen 5 watch which is not detected. Not so flexible settings to change email address / device registered / third-party device options limited
Installed the app and it was dreadfully slow and kept crashing. Very bad first impression.
Have to throw the device even though its a simple reset required as they are not responding via any means. Seems they already have or closing shop.
Worst App and worst customer service. Chat service is unresponsive, they don't bother seriousness. If you ping him in morning they will respond you in afternoon. They don't know how to resolve issue. Ekdum jhand service.
Its very bad suddenly it stops counting steps for days...and no support team helps they suggest you to logout and login again.
Not working for annual checkup. If we opt some addons of 550 it works super... but not at free for organisation when they said anuual checkup free at home. !!! Error as only doctor review test code not accepted at checkout. Wasted my time.
Service center, plz sort my issue. Ive registered the app with an email id which i discarded. And whenIm registering with new email id, it says watch is registered with different email id. Plz sort my issue or watch would be a waste for me.
Their watch is restricted to official email, after i left company not able to login to application, because they are sending email to official email id and thats mandatory.
Device belt is poor quality and 3 times I have replaced but still belt broken all the time, you need focus more on quality not just for washing your hands after selling the devices
Responsive customer service. I resolved my problem with in 24 hours. Great app and fitbit device from get active.
This app no longer works, instead search for ID115U Apps and continue to use the band with other apps such as VeryFitPro.
Syncing up with mi band and Google fit is bad and also unable to measure sleep through Google managed app. Poor performance ☹️
can't login to my account though I have internet connection, I have synchronized with My Fitbit but no real time synchronization...
The app has just gone from bad to worse for pathetic! Examples: The app shows data in card but none when opened in day view; I switched to month or year and go back to day, it shows today's data but doesn't allow navigating...same story for the sleep data. and the graphs in monthly and yearly view are completely useless with their heat map. So a single star worth on usability and 0 on stability!
