This reminds me of a happiness survey I did conducted by a Harvard researcher. It puts your level of vibration into perspective. I do wish it had a brief instruction of what to do to rather than linking the exercise. The main reason we have apps on a cell is for convenience. I don't typically have the book nearby for reference. Or using LOA quotes that accommpanied the emotion to aid in raising the vibration. An example would be positive affirmations ("I love the feeling of ease and freedom.")

So, I've started using your app lately, during the days in a week I've been feeling down, it helps me rethink my past few days to re-approach the next few days, and it's been great! I have a tendency to leave my phone around and ignore it so I tend to miss/forget about the daily reminders. I do hope to start using it on a daily basis to get a better analysis out of my moods.

The GetAppy! app is a fabulous concept and good reminder/conduit to affect emotions. It's ineffectiveness seems to purposely relinquish power and efficiency for Hicks' intervention. I possess the books on my tablet, but steps to review back to the book, find the pages, and back to the app to utilize the timer, then back to the book to review.... Is like an obstruction, as this run on sentence. Please consider using the creative universal minds of the Facebook community & these reviews to include the missing explanations and examples of new/other processes. The Hicks did not create the emotional scale, per se, and to depend on them appears to relinquish and inhibit the power & creativity of the community you've helped to form & beyond. However, there are other apps to choose from that offer what's excluded from this app Thank you.

I don't enjoy being constantly led to a page telling me to bug Abraham -Hicks to get this app completed. I feel pressured rather than helped. It's a great idea, but right now it's more like a petition disguised as an app. I hope you get everything in alignment, as it could be a great help to people.

Thank you for making this app. Just what I want. I just stumbled over it. Really good. Really good. I know the book very good and the app is just the perfect tool to use the book.

Love the reminder to stay focused ... surprised how often I'm high on the emotional scale! I've wobbled less staying in the Vortex more . The reminder really does it for me though . Kicking the sloppy focus factor :):) Thank you David Suggitt ! I appreciate your work:)
