Wow! This new app is everything. The user interface is so smooth and everything is displayed very neatly. Makes booking a bus ticket a really fast and easy process, as you can do everything directly in the app on your phone. Awesome job! πππΌ
It says one price price and when you go to check out it says another price.
Dont book tickets through getbybus. We booked tickets through them for 6 people and were alloted seat numbers. But when we took the bus we were not allowed to sit in the alloted seats saying the bus is full. All people had to sit separately. They didnt let us enter the bus until other people who booked through the bus company were seated in the bus. I wish I could give them negative stars.
The new updated app is so much better and easier to use! :)

This app was very helpful and will be more so when more bus lines allow electronic (non-printed) ticketing. I would like it more if it was easier to see and leave reviews on bus lines to help make decisions on which tickets to purchase. Compare with Uber which requires passengers to rate their trip after every booking. This would help travellers and also assist bus lines to identify and improve problems. I would also like to be able to review routes and stops on a map. I think this would be very helpful in understanding potential delays among other things. Would be good if bus lines were able to communicate delays through the app. We provide contact details but in my experience get no notification whereas other passengers do.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional. The bus we booked didn't stop to pick us at the designated stop. Extremely poor customer support on the other hand.
Worst experience. We had booked a bus to split from plitvice at 2340. A bus arrived at 2330 and didn't stop. And no bus arrived thereafter. Hence, our entire trip was jeopardized as we had to spend one more day in Plitvice which cost us β¬73. They didn't even transfer the ticket to next bus leaving at 0940. A refund also seems less likely. Please don't use this app. Rather book on the spot as buses are always almost empty.

Can't add a ticket I purchased online to my ticket wallet
I installed the app and have tried to sign up several times and it just keeps saying sign up unsuccessful.

This app really makes my life easier when traveling by bus!
Didn't work. I could login to the website using exactly the same credentials as on the app, but the app did not allow me to login. The website allowed me to download my ticket, the app did not even login.
Could be the worst app I've ever used. Freezes every 5 seconds and need to restart the app. Finally get to the end and it says you need to print out the tickets so what is even the point of the app in the first place? Also it allowed me to book a time on a Sunday when buses weren't running. I booked ticket at the station and they confirmed there is no bus at that time so it's lucky the app was so bad I couldn't even complete the transaction or I'd have paid for a ticket to a bus that doesn't even exist.
The app works most of the times, however it needs to improve some critical aspects. When I used it, I tried to buy some tickets. After confirming the purchase in my bank the app gave me an error so I didn't get the tickets. I tried a second time and it worked but the money has already been taken from my account so I ended up paying twice the normal price.
