I am an Android user. When I go to the link you have shown, it is said that I can cancel my subscriptions on the playstore. but there is nothing about getcontact in my playstore subscriptions. However, money was taken from my account. please cancel my subscription or fix the problem and I will cancel it myself.
Be careful, in this version, you paid for premium but still can't have full access to someone's else tag. And you required to pay again - higher than premium membership fee - to see someone else tag. And please always use your secondary payment method Incase you can't cancel 🤭
Everything is perfect except the premium. I want to but my balance wamt to get that premium is too much.. i actually really hate something like this and dont plus any ads.. the premium make the deal really nice but how can i to decline these premium.. everytime i want to download app it always come the premium.. i know i dont have enough money but want to know WHO.. views my tag that all atleast get rid the premium.. its olay but too much for me, im sorry
the last update is really annoying, VerifyKit only gives WA as option, while SMS is actually much practical. Now I can't use my subscription because I can't login to the app since I changed phone.

I want to delete my account permanently. I already sent messages to their team but their action is so slow and I didn't get any reply. This is the worst apps ever. Plus, since I downloaded this app, I have received unknown phone call everyday. This is so scary. Please don't download this app.
Can't even login, the Whatsapp verification method didn't work. Don't tell me to contact or fill a form to your customer service, the problem is exactly that.
Can't even Login, the app only shows login or sign up, no number verification but the login always failed because I need to verified my number, but there's no way I could verify it no buttons no nothing
Can't cancel subscription at all. Don't have this option. was subscribe with my credit card. And no way to cancel!!!! Scam!!!

Why it's so hard for me to log in, either with my email address or my phone number to verify? It's useless, even for link address which I receive. Please be fixed it.
I still have a problem to login getcontact. The notification is "Internet Connection is Required". Always like that although my internet connection is stable. Get contact has already informed me in the email to try again with stable connection but it doesnt work until right now.
This problem still exists! I can't even Login. I use Getcontact in my iPhone, when I try to Login from the android app, VerifyKit still saying that I entered the wrong phone number! I did however entered the correct number, same as the one that registered in ios!
I don't know why it isn't allowing me to sign in or verifyingmy number.. it's been since yesterday I am trying to sing up or in by all ways and it is not responding to anything.. It's disappointing vibe about the app from the first impression use .. gonna unstall it
It's quite difficult to login, the word that appears is always a warning you enter an invalid number. And I'm bothered by it
It's good and easy to use. But it change my phone call background which make me a little bit confused. I just want to know who is calling me. By the way, it's did a good jobs.
Can't login after change the new phone. No incoming calls for verification. Have contacted getcontact via email also no solution.
This App is disaster, once you created account you can't deleted its account, everybody in your contact who also installed this App would know your real name cause everyone is connected, this is dangerous app. Anyone know want to search everything about you one tap and know your whole life searching it on you other social media, or would probably spam and phishing you.
It is useless using Getcontact if someone unable their inactivity by synchronize their Getcontact account through Whatsapp. Even if Premium users are unable to see the tags. So, what's for you guys paying?
Why I have to signing in via e mail .? I don't like it at all. Even the app force me to chose this app as a default once I will get calling.

I'm already sign-in with my google account, and next step is entering my phone number, and why my number says "incorrect"? Not just double check, i checked it MANY TIMES AND IT DOESN'T WORK!! WHY??
It stuck on start. My friend can use it with his older phone though. Maybe it's compatibility issue.
App good ,but when I open it , automatically goes to QUICK TAG section , while I SKIP it , it doesn't nothing so can't use the app any more 🤦♂️
What a helpful apps! Love it. Now I don't have to worried about getting contact to a strange number, because I can see who the one are calling me.
My privacy is exposed here, it's hard to maintain my privacy if my name is always on get contact,Honestly, can remove the tag that is not correct??
I have unsubcribe for getcontact premium last month. I don't want to use premium anymore because it spends money a lot. But unfortunately, I still get automatic payment due to my card's data has already in aplication. I have tried to search way how I can stop premium, but I don't find it. Please admin, make the aplication more easy.
