Gosh not brilliant, only received this week. The instructions for use are not good and it seems I have to connect it every time as it keeps turning off. You can't tell if you are connected it not, just not obvious. I rebooted yesterday but was only given one option to delete data!! I only wanted it for counting steps which is good as it dosent seem to be measuring anything else apart from I slept for 5minutes last night! In general it's not user friendly and I couldn't reccomend at the moment unless there are continually updates from feedback?

Absolutely useless, have had the Get Fit band for several years now and it & this app have never worked properly. Only time the device itself shows any signs of life is when it's plugged it to "charge" despite the battery icon constantly showing itself as fully charged. Tried to pair the device with the app several times while I've had it and it's never worked. I would literally rather save up for an actual FitBit than attempt to use this for the umpteenth time and fail. Do not use this app!!

Awful don't bother! The watch only works as a basic digital watch and basic pedometer, the app only saves your steps data until midnight then is cleared, no chance of seeing what you've done over the week! If you charge the watch all activity is lost completely. Pulse and sleep functions do not work at all.

Truly awful It so rarely works properly I wonder what is even the point of it! It's a complete hit or miss if it links from device to app. Most of the app features are pointless and don't work anyway. Not worth the drain on your battery life!

Not very user-friendly. I live in US and app has no US systems. Can't get military time off watch good thing I do know military time. Doesn't keep connected to watch so steps don't update on app. when trying to open some features of the watch btm not connected. nice watch but app not very well done

It's ok, I've gotten better ones on Wish . Nothing has happened on the heart rate part like everyone keep saying on the reviews but it sure does count your steps & shows how many calories you've "lost". The style is nice though. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

the fit bit I have works great. but the program NEEDS a lot if work. the sleep part of it works only when it wants to work like now it says I have been asleep for almost 4 hours but I've been wide awake. the heart rate has never worked along with various other items. it only gies back as far as 1950 & I was born in 1948. it only reads in centimeters and doesn't give choice of inches. I would also like to see pounds. I don't know if iui t updates - I have version 2.0.1. Pulse doesn't work.

I had used this app before with my device in android 5.0, it used to work well. Now I installed it on my android 9, it cannot find my device even when the bluetooth is turned on and all the permissions are granted. When I search my device manually from my phone's bluetooth settings, I can find it but it asks for a pairing code which I don't know.

This would be the worst app I have ever used. Loses connection with device and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work. Thus all data lost. This happens at least once a day.

I am not able to connect the watch to my mobile phone because it shows incorrect pair key whenever i connect it to Bluetooth!! please let me know the passkey for conn it to Bluetooth!!

Followed the instructions and the watch has disconnected. Won't reconnect. Doesn't seem to measure anything but daily steps. Most disappointing!

I don't get it, why does the app want to access my camera and be able| to gain control of taking videos. Of course for privacy purpose, I deny the permission but then it says that "the app wasn't be able to function properly due to the fact of your camera".

Worked ok before but now is utter garbage. The app no longer detects my Braclet and i can't even get the Braclet to connect to my phone. Some thing serious needs to be done other wise ill just never use the Bracelet ever again. (Ive had it for a few years now but worked ok back then.) To anyone who reads this don't expect the developer to do anything. There is a good chance he or she has forgoten the app and will never fix any of the problems.

App won't connect to phone. I've tried everything to get it to connect and it won't, there seems to be a bug in the system and a few other people have left reviews saying the same thing

crappy ap and fit watch just a waste of time and money sad. cause this is the first one but everything it said avout it was a lie your better off buying something that is common. my model is SC-63FB supersonic never again. always losing data and said would last 5 days at least and it wont even do that with most of the battery using features of and just using as a watch really look at it very little.

This app is not getting with watch, so there is bug which need to be fix, until unless this bug doesn't get fix this watch is useless we can't do changes in timing also

The app has several grammar errors and the watch stopped working before the end of the first day. If you want a fitness watch, save your money and buy a Fitbit.

Stupid app!!!! this app simply do not get connected with the device, pulse rate feature doesn't work.....please don't go for it.

The smart band gets disconnected after every15 mins and after sometime it is not connecting at all. The band has become useless

Its been only few weeks since I have been using this Getfit band the display is not working .there is no customer support or sort of such utility through which we can get help Help is highly appreciated .

Works great. To activate the sleep function you have to press the button on the side for about a second. Then again to deactivate it.

This watch app is not good at all😠😠😠.. it's will be disconnecting every second 😠😠😠..pls what wrong ,we are not enjoying it or you should upgrade your application so we can enjoy it not functioning at all😠😠😠🤦🤦🤦waste of money ,data and time,,so annoying 😠😠😠😠and frustrating 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦...😠😠😠😠..pls we need feedback please

I enjoyed the app for only 1 week and it got disconnected from my Android, can't connect again. What do i do?, I've tried all possible ways to get connected to no avail and can't get my steps right because the time can't be set. Please respond to me.

horrible and uninstalling asap! won't connect to BT thru app or phone so what's the point of this app!! returning watch as well! #TRASH

The app asks for so many unnecessary permissions and when you don't grant them it won't start rather than just working with degraded functionality.

this is worst app i have used till now after my charging is gone i tried to connect it again with the app its not getting connected tried many time but its not happening

The bracelet is connected to the phone via Bluetooth but the app doesn't detect it

It cannot connect with my bracelet.its the wrist app. Bracelet is well but app is wrist. It can't find my bracelet.
