Wanted to order some lunch. Signs in the store say you can skip the line by ordering with the app. No place to order food at all. And, I have to click thru 44 years of calendars just to enter my birthday!! Useless app. Uninstalling. Get real Get Go.
Literally can't even access the app. It prompts to sign in, sign up, or skip, but is entirely unresponsive to any input. I love the store, but this app is utterly useless.
One of your management staff told me I could order with the app. This turned out not to be true. Sheetz has had this feature for years on their app. You really need to get your game together GetGo.
Doesn't let you order food, so it's pointless. Constantly freezes, and many buttons don't work.
this app does not need access to my identity, wifi info, call details,address book, photos etc. etc. stop this Big Brother BS. App will not be installed.
Borrrrrr-ing! They used to offer coupons for $1 off breakfast sandwiches and other Get Go Kitchen items, but sadly no more. This app is absolutely useless.
This app is trash. Skip the line and order from the app? Yeah, not possible. I'll continue going to Sheetz where it's more convenient
how unbelievably stupid!!!! giant eagle leading you to this app to download and yet after downloading, they're saying it's no longer put into use and a new one at some point in time will be coming around!!! last update 9/18 DO NOT USE/DOWNLOAD

If you're trying to order...get the actual giant eagle app you can order from that😁

I registered. I logged in. It froze up and I had to launch the app again. Still can't figure out how to order food. Worthless. I'm uninstalling it.
It wont let me register. After I put in my city and state the proceed button does not work. I was hoping to order food and pick it up on my way to work.

The app is useless. I downloaded it hoping I can order food like with the Sheetz app but that's not an option.
The worst app, ever. I always see that I can order the cafe items, on the app, while at the store. Well, I justbtries to and there is no way to do so. Why woild I give you access to my cc information, for something that I can't use, to pay for items.
The app crashes whenever I try to open it. I have to uninstall it then reinstall it. Then it will work.. once.. And then resume crashing every attempt after that.
Fix how you enter the DOB 1st. IT'S the most ridiculous thing. Try it you will hate it.

Useless, completely. Ask for permission to check everything on your phone, not sure why. You can't do anything with the app. Their commercial says you can order food. Lies!

They require birthdate. So they seriously expect you to keep clicking month by month from today all the way back 30 40 50 years ago!? Immature app writers who can't think beyond their noses.

Barely functional garbage. I only keep it installed because I lost my physical perks card. To those complaining that you can't order food from the app: In fact, you can, it's just that "the app" in that context is the Giant Eagle app. Because of course that makes sense. Giant Eagle needs to fire their entire dev "team" (I'm assuming it's actually just a single unpaid intern) and start over
