you have to pay to use it. is this a joke?
Great idea, but heavily flawed. Its not even letting me finish setting up. I'm trying to set up the pin, and its giving me an error, saying I'm not meeting requirements for a normal password. It's a pin, designed for 4 numbers, not parameters of a password. Then, it says the pin is optional, but when I try to exit out without it, its not letting me, giving the same error. This was recommended by the instructor of a self-defense course I took. I really don't want to tell them to stop advertising this app, but if this is going to happen, then I feel its my obligation to. Still having the same problem as review above, written in early October, and it's now mid-November. When will this get fixed?
This app repeatedly deletes my account details (including the purchased credits) and deletes my emergency contacts. When testing the app on a bike ride it emailed me to say I was safe, but not my emergency contact (as the details had been deleted!). If this bug can be corrected I'm sure it would be great!
UI looks OK but app makes you jump through a lot of hoops for no reason. Not intuitive did not let me know I needed to added contact to proceed. Drop pin did not seem to work at all. Could be made a lot simpler.
Started to set an activity as soon as downloaded and the app immediately stopped working. Not good if it's supposed to be looking out for my personal safety. Epic fail. Don't bother.

I guess i am not the only person this has happened to.
I cannot 'sign up'. I enter email address & password but then it crashes. Very unhappy as i have heard great stories about this app. Please fix crashing & i will change review.
It never said in the description or facts that it only emails your emergency contacts in an emergency unless you pay for credits. I'm sorry, but if I'm in an emergency/unsafe situation my contacts getting an email will not help me unless it's between 9am and 5pm. I'm sure there are good intentions behind this app however if I'm going to use an app of this sort I'm not going to pick the one that makes me pay for the part that would actually help me when others do that for free.
Crashes when I try to save my custom "favorite" activity. So it's worthless if this app does not work with stability.
