Registration is a total pain, as codes are not sent to phones in a timely manner. It literally takes 10 minutes to get a code, which by then has expired. Unusable app. Two stars because they do have a decent amount of products. Wish I could use the service.

Good app that operates like a corner shop delivery service. That being said some of the supposed "deals" are unreal. One I have is £10 off if you spend £70. Who on earth is going to spend anywhere close to that amount? Since the deals are one of the things that drives people to use this app, it'd be nice if they were a bit more realistic to a casual purchase.

Awful 3 separate orders came, damaged opened or missing. I spoke to customer support who wanted me to take pictures of the products which I didn't have because they either didn't turn up or had to be thrown away, it's disappointing they bought weezy (london) they did a better job and had much better customer service.

Terrible experience today. There was a 40 lira discount on shopping over 200 lira. Once I chose my basket and wanted to use the discount, I noticed that they had increased the minimum amount 200 to 220. It was already annoying. So, I added another product to reach the 220 amount and when I wanted to finalize the shopping, at that second, they increased 220 to 260. It was ridiculous. I stopped shopping from them.

Only for Bread, eggs and booze Sad selection of fruits and veggies. Not reliable either, app claims get grocery in minutes but there have been times where you get the message 'no drivers available'. Not as convenient,but I'd rather go down to the local grocer than waste time on the app

Unrivalled experience. Orders arrive in 10 minutes and they do so without messing up the order. Everything you order arrives, unlike with Deliveroo who still list items that are out of stock. Their people are very friendly and the service is phenomenal. Cannot fault it.

Very bad experience. I couldn't qdd any payment method in my account. When i managed to add, i couldn't place order even after trying for 3 hours. It was showing error that due to high demand we can't take your order its disgusting. I am trying to login in my another phone and it keep saying unknown error code. For registration as well.

I updated the app so I can't see the difference yet.I have ordered about 5 times when there is a promotion available. I do not do a full shop because price is more expensive than going to local supermarket. It is better if you have just run out of something or unable to go to shops such as self isolating. The delivery and accuracy of orders has been on point so far. I wouldn't buy fruit / veg as they are not fresh quality.Delivery costs 2.49 to add to your total balance too.

Don't download this app, it's a fraud. The worst support. No returning option for your order. And they end the chat while you're typing! Not recommended. Also, you don't have many options of products, while you can find the few existing products cheaper in some stores.

Second time using the app, item was missing but courier returned within 15 mins of delivery with item. Great customer service, fantastic promotional offer. Offers were great on first two orders but are now not ones I would use as it needs to spend £80 for £10 off, not a shopping app I would spend £80 on.

The app never works. I just download and try to login then it says it has a temporary issue. It is the third time it happens to me in a window of 2 months. I was never able to use this service which is funny how much money they are spending on marketing. My mobile is everything up to date.

First time ordering and was at my door in under 20 minutes... with £60 worth of shopping for £40! Some items are slightly higher priced as in about 10p but others are actually less so about evens out and compared to my local express it's substantially cheaper and actually quicker than popping there.

Used this app for the first time recently. Order arrived as quickly as expected. One major problem is that one of my items that I ordered didn't arrive! I contacted customer service via Web chat and was told that someone would call me back (no one ever did) Also sent an email to customer service which I have not received a response to. Not happy!!!

More of a review of the service than the app. However the app is easy to use and it is easy to find what you want. The service is great, very reasonable math ups on the products considering they are saving you time.

Sends you notifications with good discount offers "£15 off your next order" then when you click on it the offer does not load and you can't apply the discount. Scamming you into opening the app hoping you order anyway. Dirty marketing. Customer service are no help, they refer you to email them, no email address visible, very strange and unprofessional.

The application is good overall, but I'm reducing the stars due to a recurrent problem. I'm Spanish, ergo I have two surnames, but for some reason the app decided to show only the second one (C. Olivares) to the riders, so they can never find which is my door.

I used the promo code which is for the first order. £20 off. But i was charged the whole price. And rude live support just told me it might be tech issue. I ll never use it again. Unreliable company. You might be deceived by offering discounts. Be Aware.

By far the best delivery app I have used in the Netherlands. Time indications are very accurate. Super speedy and reliable delivery. Prices are quite reasonable, especially given the Promotions that can be applied on the checkout.

Used Getir alot over the last few months. Then had an issue with the driver not delivering. Spoke to Customer service, they gave me a credit refund for my trouble and have now locked me out of my account, so I can't even use it. Every time I try to log in it says unknown error 🙄 I cannot log into my partners account on my phone, says the same thing. But she can log in as normal. Seems they've blocked me for complaining 😂 I'd give zero if I could. Won't be getting my cash again 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽

I'm really disappointed of getirwater and getirfood. I'm having a lot of problems and no one is solving any problems. I stopped ordering water cause they always forget bringing my order. The more getir is growing the more the service become slowler and not professional. Thank you getir

It was great at first. Then went downhill as the drivers either don't read instructions or they just completely ignore it. They were late on numerous occasions. Today is the last straw. Now trying to find the unsubcribe button / delete account - they surely hide that well. Bye Getir. And stop promising what you can't deliver. P. S is there a "minus star" option because I'd be pressing that button like a maniac for this app.

Do not install this spammy application. Whilst they have different notification settings they just send you messages every day anyway even if you opt out. Do you want to order breakfast? Pretty sure that's not an order update. Time to order dinner? Again not an order update. The easiest way to stop the spam is to uninstall the app and use one of theany other stores that adhere to user permissions.
