I purchased 2 times through get it. First time I got 10 riql discount for the first time purchase too. if you compare the rates of products with local market it looks cheaper BUT we can't select the good one that is what happened with second order they sent what ever is with them irrespective of quality.. And when I reported they said extremely sorry for what they did...just like slapping on someones face and saying sorry to them... Because they don't have a quality control.. Thanks

This is my first time to order this online shopping. Unfortunately, it was really bad experience and very upset for me.. There were some items that they are replacing whithout informing me ahead of time..If there's no availble stocks, then, it's fine that you will skip it, rather you will replace another items.That items you replaced which I don't need it. I'm calling your mobile numbers and customer service to resolve my concern but you're not responding. Very poor customer service!!!

I have referred this app to many, but I felt bad now, because - today I have made an order, only one "time span" was available , that I opted with a special note " deliver as early as possible"... But unfortunately they didn't deliver even after their said timing, in addition- when I contacted with order number , they don't have an answer for it.... Really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ with your team......

Very good service my payment option was cash on delivery because of some emergency I wasn't at home to pay and the delivery guy left the items and politely advised to make online payment of the bill. The only disappointing was I can't see the items to be delivered in the cart or in any other option.please do something to solve.or you will lose many customers like this.

The first order delivery was impressive..so I recommended to friends and family, they ordered and had bad experience too. The next delivery was all rotten leafy vegetables..spinach and coriander, missing items and expensive compared to local grocery. I complained to them and there was no acknowledgment on the same, no regret. I would not recommend.

I have been a frequent user of this online shopping service for few months now as i was not aware of this online shop and their services before. I have got excellent service from them and the customer service over the WhatsApp is really responsive for any queries you might have. I even have added few items to an order which was placed few hours ago and i got them delivered along with my main order with an additional bill for the item i have chosen via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this app, and I wish i knew about Getit.qa when i did not have driving license and car as you would not have to spend your taxi fare just to buy your grocery needs,etc. Thank you, Imthiyas

I just ordered today and im disappointed because the product i want to buy is not available, and they delivered me wrong item, I didn't ordered Nivea cream but they they delivered it without confirming me if i want the item. Yes the delivery was fast but the service was poor. Hopefully next time i will order again i will get better service

Cheats they are. They will tell u till the end that whatever you ordered u will get it even on delivery day, they will call and tell u if any item is not there,they would replace it with another brand but same item. Even when you agree,they will show up at your door and take full money. After they leave if u check many items would be.missing. pl pl everyone check in front of them match it against your order. Beware

The Experience is very good.. all workers entertained me well... only the negative I can say its about the delivery, all items are hot... the delivery van should have aircon, because at this moment the weather is hot... so its not safe for the food... should be in cool place especially food,vegetables and dairy products... But i still rate 5 stars... hopefully add more items to choose... Thank u... 👍👍👍❤❤❤

Worst ever service. To avoid and absolutely disappointing. They don't stick to deliveries slots. They don't give a damn about customers service and respect the deliveries timing. Very bad product selected for customers I Will rather bite my fingers before making any order again.

You cannot proceed the checkout page and order cannot be placed. Calling customer care won't help coz they will keep your call on hold for more than 10 mins and won't even answer. Tried for the first time and felt like never to order from this app.

Consider this as a zero star. The worse online service ever. They put things in the site even if they they don't have the stock and calls on the day of delivery and tell you that it's out of stock. And they make you skip the product so that they can add the delivery charge. Cheaters !

I had made an order with specific timing(9am-11am)for delivery as I wasn't available before that timing. Their 2 calls from a random mobile at 7:45 am wasnt attended by us.They didn't attempt to enter my building nor speak to my 24/7 security and reception staff in the building. Our reception staff usually collects n pays for parcels/deliveries if we aren't available or sends the driver upstairs if we are home. Anyway call wasn't attended, so items not delivered.

We placed order a day before as we only needed it the next day. The fruits vegetables were fresh and so was the tiger prawns. Thank you for the prompt delivery and good products. Looking forward for more

Poor service. Not reliable. they did not turn up for for my first order. just sent me a message stating that they will deliver next day. I will not use this again.

Good solution for online delivery of groceries, especially Kerala foods. Other non-food items are available too. Have the option of payment upon delivery or via bank transfer.

Since we ordered on April 26th, we didnt receive any call from them.. Items are not delivered.. We called many times to customer care and waited in line for more than 10 mins, no one attended the call and disconnected automatically..

Late delivery Missed out many things which i ordered In place of one chocolate they delivered two and which is of different flavour and different from what we ordered Low quality of corriander carrots and mint Price varies for a sauce pan also..they show 23 qar in site and in bill its 34 qar Tottally this site and app is waste and misleading

They never delivered the item on time always delays on delivery. Always missing item, better you spend money and go out and buy

They are awesome. Ordered chia seeds in the middle of the night and by early morning I had received my order. They are fast, reliable and with excellent customer support!

Very bad customer service. They will give you few time schedule and never call you . when you call the call center the will say one hour, . if you have alot of time to waste install this app.

Very very bad customer care service. I tried to contact them over 30 times between 3 days. Nobody answed.

Great service,, if something not Available they will call you and inform.. prices are equal or less than hypermarkets.. deliveries are intime. Im happy to recommend getit . They solve the issues soon incase of any disputes.

It's good. but the biggest problem is once ordered we cannot cancel it. So if you want to cancel then it's not possible

Delivered rotten fruits.....none of those are eatable. Delivered canceled items also. Only Good thing is delivered as per schedule
