It doesn't load. I have reinstalled it multiple times and it doesn't work. Very bad app

You guys need to hire actual UI/UX designers to completely overhaul this app. I use this app just to book gym slots. The number of steps needed just to book 1 slot is absolutely stunning. And everytime we return to the app, just to book a gym slot, we need to navigate through the whole app and find the gym and re-login. Like in this day an age, at least let us "save passwords"? Incredibly cumbersome UX. 0 Stars if I could.

Very bad. Always crash. If i can give a rating,0/5 because i cant even use it. Im a member but i cannot even use it, waste of money, and im pissed.

I just downloaded this app and have yet to use it enough to rate it favourably or unfavourably. However, here is a tip for those who find it tedious to enter their birthdates. Click on the year 2020 at the top left. A list of years will appear. Scroll to the year you want and tap on it. Then you can select the month and day.

I don't usually review apps so i am really going out of my way to let you know that this app is useless. It does not send me my OTP to my email. And there's no other option to change OTP type by sms or email. So basically don't waste your time and sanity trying to figure this app out and the developers too seems like they dont care as this problem have been around for very long. I would give 0/5 stars if i could.

To varify the log in the app send e mail. But even 1 hour later i did not received any emails Your app really sucks even to put in the date of birth press back to get the year it takes 5 mins. Why not make the app to key the DOB manually. It would be faster. In summary HOME TEAM choose the frustrating APP.

Took along time to navigate your app. Then took more than 200 clicks to set my birthday in order to login. Realise that email on your records is wrong but no where to have that changed.

This app is so poorly designed, going through the registration of the gym facility is such a pain and can be misleading if you are not careful. Can the developer please code the app in a way that the page is presented at the top and not at bottom? Who scroll from bottom to top anyway!? Unless you coding the app backward then it make sense why the app is coded this way.

One of the staff, Syed was very prompt and clear on how to resolve my booking issue while on the app. I appreciate great customer service no matter how small the problem is. Im glad the company will continue to hire and retain such fine individuals.

Omg sucks like h***. Will give negative stars! Had to key in all private info just to login. The dob part sucks big time! Want to book the venue for my guests and I can't even go through the next page as guest details are not in the record! Of cos! They are guests! You put *** for compulsory fields and yet don't allow me to get through the next page! Sucks! Now I can't book the venue thanks to the app's stupidity!

HometeamNS email verification does not work. I tried registering my passioncard and provided all details Card no, name, dob, email, mobile. After that when i try to book a session, CANNOT LOGIN.. and the app says email not verified. VERIFICATION EMAIL IS NEVER SENT.. SAME ISSUE FOR MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT.. IF THE APP NEVER SENDS THE EMAIL THEN HOW CAN THE USER VERIFY THE ACCOUNT. The entire first time registration and login process is broken. Zero stars..

Lousy experience on the app, very primitive screen interface. Back to the 90s kind. Deleted the app to free up space on the phone

Lousy app. My second attemp to download. App not loading. Can't even go into the page. Installed and uninstall several time still doesn't work

Very poor app. Uninstall it eventually n go back to using my Home teams card. After so many bad feedback still an useless app. HomeTeam's choice of using this and not ensuring any improvement is deplorable.

After feeding back the problem through this and email, I'm still wasting time clicking the button the get to 1961 in the date of birth column. Seriously???? Are you guys listening at all? If there is a minus star, this app definitely top it. It's the 21 century and to enter my birthday to sign up I have to tap the damn calendar 72 times to get to Jan 1961. How stupid can the IT guys who design this be? Wake up!!!!

Lousy App. Not user friendly. There is no instructions or guide. I just want to book the indoor playground. Cannot even find it in the search bar

Literally the worst app of all time. Hangs right at the payment page after countless problems with the input of information. Please do something about it, otherwise stop forcing people to download this useless app.

please update or redo this app. it frustrates more than serves. unable to login, upon booking, unable to change guest to member and constantly tries to overcharge. totally awful

Real good app, HomeTeamNS has really good deals for members. Easier for me to keep up with whats going on. Just wish the had more deals available.

If there is 0 star, i would have put it. Totally not user friendly app. Never provide confirmation of booking whatsoever. Lousy interface.

There is so many things to do in the app. I can enjoy my Asli Village deal in the same app from the HomeTeamNS app. How cool is that! Never seen any app out there like this before.

look's like it's made by an intern UI wise. i cant even redeem my promo code. it takes me to a payment page with a blank white image.

Worst-app of all. So many bad comments. Deleted after 1 min of using. I suggest to close this service as it's useless . Can't book and can't use. Hopeless app👎👎👎👎👎 . 5 down thumb.

Not user friendly. Just imagine having to manually scroll your to birth date from present date!

Hometeam user, Having difficult in using this GetKaki, can't we just have a standalone HOMETEAM app.
