I would give it less stars if I could I gave it a one star because when you start you don't have enough for anything you can only do rewards for enough to only buy one thing or you can get points with money but it costs so much so do the install this app it's horrible.

Would be a lot better if the game was in ENGLISH and other languages as well as Japanese and if the developer would respond to comments in those languages, too. I only played it once and would've gladly paid the shipping for my prize without buying more tokens for a game I probably wouldn't play very much, if at all after winning my prize and hating that I wasted my money on an un-played game. Other than these issues, play it if you really want to go through all of that.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Firstly, I dont get to choose if I want to translate the game or not. Secondly, there arent any options to go right, left, up, and down. That is obvi a rip off because real crane games let you go in all directions. Thirdly, They put in a language where I cant read and again no translation and if try clicking a button it takes away my points but lets me try again. Dont download this app its a rip off and you could do way better. I recommend the app "clawee".

This is an ok game. Claws themselves work great. Soemtimes when I pull up the app. It never loads. The only way I can get in for points to play that day, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. I haven't won yet but it's an ok game. Not the best though.

I like the varity plushies and have won others but the shipping expenivse and well the only way to play is to get the free play plushies when you first download it's getting harder to win prizes from Japan because of shipping trade and war ,something with Japan and Covid shipping and probably before (((((expensive)))))🤔🤔🤔

Claw strength here is absolutely AMAZING, to win you have to figure out how2manipluate prizes off bars.biggest compaints are no easy contact with customer service in the app.let's be honest here I won 7 prizes shipped to the US which was 22000 points, $150-250 plus for shipping?!?Even over seas from japan thats incredibly high and overpriced. I will say you will receive prizes won from this app. Updated: time to time I'll log in and my points are GONE

I never got to experience anything because the app doesn't even load now. I just got it yesterday. I'd like to experience the fun everyone gets but I cant even play. Hope this changes soon

I had 175 points saved up. I went in to play the pickle the frog plushie game, and that's when I realized, I only had 69. Pls help me with this, then you will get a five star review

Great app and I love the free 200 pts but the tap joy doesn't work so you have to buy points or wait until the next day. Control are a lil laggy but nothing you can't estimate.

I had an account and got a new phone. I can't login to my old account now and I can't check the shipping status of my prizes.

Payed for coins, game crashed. Doesn't open anymore, disappointed as there are other games with much better controls

Machines way to slow and yulle never win a prize from the free booth it's impossible it's not strong enought to even pick up the prize and you sont get anought coins to do any other prize machines there to expensive
