Not professional. We do not get a confirmation on the booking. We need to follow up multiple times. I had a stylist assigned, so I assumed it's confirmed and was waiting for long. After following up multiple times, got to know that the booking is not accepted because the stylist is not picking calls. Seriously? Such unprofessionalism. And you will not be informed about it unless you follow up yourself. Even last time , my stylist was very unprofessional. Bad service.
This is a nice app, helpful in covid situations. The stylists are fully sanitised and use only sanitised products, so no need to worry about hygiene. Life has become easy since I got to know about this app online, during pandemic. But one thing, some times they take appointments and cancel just one hour before saying stylist is not available. Otherwise it is very nice, budget friendly and hygienic app. Friendly, polite and hard working staff. Just dont cancel the appointments in last moment. Tq.
Exceptional service. The professional maintained all the safety protocols and her behavior was very good. Took utmost care during the process! I had to add on a few services, she guided me how to do it and I was able to pay for all the services together.

Being a regular client for UC since 3 yrs... Just for a change I wanted to go for GetLook(navigated from insta ad) and my first impression on GetLook was tremendous!! The beautician was well trained and did the services very patiently (took @7 to 8 services) !! Looking forward to switch to GetLook over UC. Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!! This app was very good initially, but now their service has degraded to another level. My appointments got cancelled thrice after booking . They donot even have the courtesy to inform if it gets cancelled, you have to keep following up with them for same. There two USPs on which they had gained so much popularity - 1. Their promptness in service 2. Allowing user to choose the beautician ,, both have gone down the drain. They are bound to realise this later or sooner.
I am a regular get look customer. Since past 3 years my salon at home services are taken care of by different beauticians. And I must say that all of them well trained, well mannered and best at their work. They take care of my comfort as well. There ain't any negative marking, otherwise would have gone for that. A very disappointing experience indeed.I had booked the services one day prior, so as to avoid any confusion. I received a text message and WA text confirming my appointment at 10am. The beautician called at 9.30am to tell me that she will be late by 1 or 2 mins ( omg so professional, I thought). Eventually, I got a call exactly at 10.10am that the appointment is cancelled. Way to go, Getlook !! Thank you so much !!
Staff is very professional. I have opted their two times until now and both the times it was very nice experience. App sometimes it's slow and unresponsive which is the only negative feedback.

Truly a disgusting app and very unprofessional people! Last time I booked a pedicure which could not be done and the refund took forever to reflect in my Glook wallet and they didn't return it to my original payment mode. Today I wanted to use that coupen, and booked a service. Without any intimation from their end, they kept me waiting and when I asked them about the confirmation of the beautician, they just asked me to reschedule! Such horrible people and terrible service!!

I was not aware of this app. I saw the advertisement on Instagram. I am writing the review after I have used the service twice. It was an amazing experience, the beautician was very kind and helpful and the service was too good. When I needed to book the appointment for the same day, within an hour and a half she arrived.
The staff are extremely well trained at GetLook. I must say, twice that I had booked services from them, from the beginning till the end of the service the experience has been great. On time, excellent service and value for your time and money are some of the key reasons I would be inclined to book their services again and again. Would recommend this app to my friends and family.
This was my my first experience with this application. Initially I was skeptical about the app but the quality of service was superb.I think this is the best home service salon. The prices and the quality of products they use are really good and affordable. The beautician was so punctual, reached on time and without wasting any minute started her work. She was very hygienic and experienced. I got more than what I expected.
1. Even after immediate cancellation also notifications continues as confirmed. App is irritating as after cancellation even it doesn't allow rebook the service. 2. Charge 200 for particular stylist, but no option to choose the stylist, poor app. If you keeping an option and charging customer than against the additional charges customer should have the liberty to choose the stylist. 3. Charge of 200 is for regular customer is too much , as after this no interest to rebook the services
Booking appointment in app doesn't help. Beautician will come based on their convenience and not based on our timing. We never get any confirmation on the appointment unless we follow up.Twice we took the appointment and both times same experience.getlook is very irresponsible and unprofessional.if they was an option to give zero as rating would have definitely given that.
The services offered are very good and pocket friendly. The beautician was very professional and punctual. I added an additional service and it went seamlessly. Nothing less than a salon experience. Also the beautician was wearing a mask all the time and sanitised the products before and after use. Overall a very good experience.
Getlook is one of best salon at home service I have come across. So far I have taken their service twice, including highlights for hair, and they did a wonderful job. The beautician are not only trained to do their job but also to do it quite a systematic ways which generally can't be seen for salon at home service.
