I think the app is working fine but the fee is too high....
still trying to figure out what to charge how it works etc. it's not like Lyft or Uber or Fasten.

This is my 15th year using this app! Thanks. But if you change phones the slider won't work.i have 2 sliders that i cant use with my phone. So i pay more by charging manually. I change phones alot and the sliders wont work.

they have blocked my 11 payments of $950 and now not answering back.you can not contact them after you start using their service.now my account is deactivate . I'm emailing them calling them from one week but not answering . im gona complain everywhere even to IRS.same thing happened to my friend last month . don't use them they are fraud

Could u imagine I did try to reach u office 7 times since 12/ 22 and I did left many messages and no body Care . I am a driver ; had a account with u company and even no care . it's makes me feel like I am nothing . even 4 days now I didn't get any fund for the last 4 gobs . I wish u see my message . thanks
I have used the app with an old phone it works fine but then I buy a new phone and I is not really working with a new phone so I have to go back to an old phone in order to UCF if you have a new phone don't use don't download the new application is very bad
This company is so unprofessional they have cheated me and refused to give any explanation they won't even return my call I recommend that you never use Taxi Pass

not working or takes 5 minute to approve one transaction
i like the service but sometimes when im charging a card im told that the server is overcrowded and the customer isnt happy over the time it takes since they have to wait
App is very difficault to process any credit cards and Taxipass staff disable to solve such problems that why I will to find other device .
