FMS App for Getronics and GWA partners field engineers. They can use the App to Assign tickets to themselves, provide ETA for customers, record Arrival time. Declare part usage, send field service report to customers, capture e-signature from customers & obtain ratings. Finally they can close the ticket at the Getronics backend system.

Update: the app still logs us out if we press back twice very annoying plus GPS defaults to off every update now we have been told to check its on every day between that 2 problems the whole thing is not very user friendly can these issues be fixed? that would be worth more stars for sure

Map functionality is very useful to plan the route.Also, the scan functionality of serial number is very handy.

Handling call is very easy with this application, also it is very easy handy to get customer rating onsite.

This is a user friendly application. Online offline support is great for engineers going onsites with no connection.

Some issues with every release, a work in progress..
The part handling is very easy, also the scan functionality is very handly for scanning the serial numbers. The in-app map is extremely helpful for route planning. Capturing the customer signature and feedback is very helpful.
