Great concept, however the app doesn't function in the way that I expected. The app is only necessary for the sign up process and to view your policy documents as a reference. Claims and correspondence are mainly carried out over email or phone. It would be great if they added a feature to allow customers to record their home inventory and purchase receipts with the app in the event of making a claim.

Didn't get an info, that an app is necessary to activate this insurance. Prefer not to have apps for everything. A simple web interface login would have done the job for me. Also the questions after initially opening the app can't be skipped and are annoying and unnecessary, probably just for establishing your marketing profile. Hope the insurance product itself is better.

Why can't I get the invoice while I get charged monthly? My other online services will send me the invoice every time they charge me. Neither can I find this info in the App, nor getting any response after asking customer service. And this is just invoice, I couldn't imagine what it would be when I really report a claim or some help. I will stop using Getsafe if it still works like this .

Awful awful experience. App timed out when I went to check my cover wouldn't continue with them as I'd moved elsewhere. I Gave up waiting given I had an email saying I must renew to continue coverage so was certain I was done with these cowboys only to find they charged my card anyway. The transaction is in dispute. Avoid

Pretty sure this is a scam. I paid an *annual* premium of 213€ in 2021 for legal insurance. They sent an email notifying a change in the premium to 311€ *monthly.* Have sent regular emails over the past two weeks to customer support to try to confirm whether this was a mistake in their email. Still no response. I guess I just threw my money away for the past year since there's no one on the other end for product support. Beware!

The app is great, but the insurance is not. It took them half a year to process one claim and in the end they only offer to pay 40% of the costs. It's really hard and frustrating to try to contact them, they only have chatbots that only work via the app, and don't reply to your messages. There's no way to call them or contact them by email unless they contact you first, so it's nearly impossible to dispute their decisions, or get guidance or explanations on their decisions on the claims.

Can't complete the payment process, not really user friendly and too many stupid questions for a consultation that I don't want or need. Same issue with their website. If they can't get this right I don't even want to imagine how it would be like filling a claim with them.

Calm, kind & helpful. I was packing my belongings to go away for work. I was rushing around trying to get last things done and I damaged two vital pieces of kit... my comp and my phone. Customer service agent (Raff) was understanding and the claim was easy through the app (Raff even helped me install app onto my work phone). Now to calm down a bit and pack up my work stuff and head out. Thank you.

As an app, it's well designed, simple, and straightforward to use. Important information is well presented. As a service, I really wished it provided the full terms and conditions of its products in English, even if they had to put a clause to saying any discrepancies would favor the German language document. I understand it's ultimately a product for Germany, but its English website is what attracted me in the first place, so a bit more of that would be greatly appreciated (at least until I can learn more German). I look forward to household content protection and especially bicycle insurance! Keep up the good work!

Customer support is horrible. I've been trying to get my policy documents in English but it's seems impossible to get a reply from them. It's only available in German and I needed it in English.

Terrible Experience_ Non Professional_ Poor customer support 0 stars no more !!! Can you imagine receiving a letter from the car registration office, telling that; you insurer has informed them that your car is no more insured, you don't have to drive it and you'll get sanctioned ??? Can you guess it ??? Yeaaah, that happened to me with the so called "Getsafe" !!! May be they meant "Getangry" or "Gethell" !!! I only just joined today as I was looking for insurance for my flat. I was extremely pleased how easy it was to do this and how straight forward it was also. I need to say I was well impressed with the monthly cost, very reasonable considering what I'm covered for. I will be cancelling my previous insurance. My previous insurance covered two items, phone 📱 & TV. This insurance covers much more ( everything) and for a cheaper asking price. I will be encouraging friends & family to utilise also.

I really don't like that you guys keep showing the force update dialog everytime there's a new release, and user can't use the app without updating, at the very least it should be an optional one. This is really bad user experience for me, and I am a mobile developer myself and knows there are better ways to solve such problems.

Don't get this "supposed" insurance. THIS IS BORDERLINE A SCAM, not sure how they keep a licence 💸 I'm still waiting for 2 months to get a reply. Then they called and said that they've been busy 🙄. Fortunately I paid with a credit card so I'm raising chargebacks as they just defrauded me with supposed legal services that don't exist at all 🚨 Email support@ doesn't help you at all. Chat support doesn't help you either. If this were an emergency and you needed to wait 2 months of course you would be in a very bad place. Not recommended at all of course! 👎I just got a more "traditional" insurance that doesn't have an App but knows how to use a century-old telephone.

Terrible app. Doesn't let me update the payment method and made me pay via manual bank transfer until I finally cancelled all their services. Customer service not helpful at all. Asked three times if I have the most recent version of their app (yes I did), then said they can't help. It's a joke, I moved a proper insurance company.

**Beware** I got a new payment card & instead of sending you a kind push notification/reminder (like every other company I've dealt with) to update your details, they send you a **legal warning** at 4am the day after. You then go into the app - I'm expecting to see a banner or a dot to indicate where information is missing.... but nothing. It feels very wrong that GetSafe would immediately go to such an extreme <24 hours of a genuine oversight. Now moving to another insurer after 18 months.

I can't open the app anymore? It's starting, but all that shows up is a white screen. What's going on?? Please quality-check your updates! I delete cache, reset, still blank screen only... Have to force close.
