Problem 1, I no longer receive notifications. I have to use a third party app to get them, and that doesn't make me feel comfortable. Problem 2, Support quit responding to email completely. Problem 3, mini 360 plus cameras require a different app, which is completely unreliable.
Notifications stopped working!
Has the basic functionality that I need but wouldn't quite give this 5 stars yet. Firstly, it isn't particularly well optimized. Unless you have a new device with good specs, it doesn't seem like it will launch quickly which is critical for security (I have a Nexus 6P currently which is an older device but still launches other apps with ease) More of a requested feature, I wish I could control my system with Google Assistant. I don't own any Alexa products and don't plan to. So many products work with Google Assistant, just wish this one did too.
Clean and easy to use
App is laggy and not very responsive, which hasn't changed. However, the app notifications no longer work since upgrading to Android 9. GetSafe support was no help in resolving the issue and actually stopped responding via email entirely. It does not instill confidence that I can't receive notifications for an alarm system that I depend on to keep my family safe. Also, only some of the cameras work in this app. The Mini 360 requires a different app, with no integration. Total joke.
