As a delivery driver, the app CONSTANTLY bugs out. I no longer get notifications for jobs, if I am assigned a job by dispatch I don't receive the notification and it doesn't show up in my accepted until I refresh the app. The map on the app also does not work for the customer and I am constantly told that the map isn't updating and that the customer sees me on the map in one place while I'm in another.
Not connecting at all, costing me work. Thanks for making me lose money. Another update, another instance of the app crashing and not working at all, costing me time and money. As time passes this app is showing itself to be quite subpar and not of any worth to me or my business.
Experienced many issues with this app. Had to change emails as my first apparently wouldn't work under any circumstances, changed phones and I was unable to log in even after changing my password multiple times and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Only reason it gets any stars is because I can go into the negatives. The app is ok, their support sucks! I've forgotten my password and have sought support in resetting it. After 4 months, I've gotten 3 responses telling me to click on the link provided. The link is valid for one hour, the emails come in anywhere from midnight to 4 AM. What do you think I'm 1 doing at 4 in the damn morning? They're a joke.
push notifications never work, my job does not require a signature and I wish that field could be ignored. also, there should definitely be a feature that enables you to only ping the drivers location every few minutes. it's unsafe for couriers to tell people exactly what intersection they're on.
Needs a lot of help. They come off like it's the easiest thing in the world to implement and the only way you can get help from them is to pay them. They were very disenchanted after trying to connect with them over the course of the last two years off and on .
Was fantastic 2 years ago, just gotten worse over time, no longer get addresses just gps co ordinates sometimes sending me to the street across the road, geofencing has Ali's been very on and off lately...
I work my butt off for these people and it looks like they change their name wonder why Since they won't explain to me how they actually pay out I'm just going to have to go by my math off thier payroll tabs they didn't pay one dime in travel' .. as far as catering goes $9.50...per cator Out of my 43 deliveries 31 were below $4.50... And as far as driving 50 miles to go to a order for pickup they won't pay you nothing for that I drove close to six hundred miles with no pay at all
The last update changed the way the drop off is located. Before you got the address, now you get GPS coordinates.
Distance in km not showing exactly between pickup point and drop off need to improve .
Its a great tool i use for work. Easy to navigate. Makes my job so much easier!

I told the app sucked and that their are no jobs most likely a scam and they said Wow BYE! THIS IS A SCAM NO WAY TO GET PAID IF THEIR WERE ANY JOBS! THERE ARE NO JOBS AND NO WAY TO GET PAID HARD TO USES! THEY HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ALL ASS HOLES! THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR ASS! THE APP IS BROKEM AND DOES NOT WORK!
Trying to get me to give them credit card details, even though my employer has paid.
I downloaded the app and it's not taking my login information.
Terrible they allow merchants to abuse their software and cheat drivers out of their pay if any company is using this software DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

Cool app if it would not crash, quite often, when you come back to the app from an other app and then you have to re-login everytime... Edit: Sometimes you don't know if the app is running correctly in the backround. Sometimes when switching to the app, it just logs in. Realy unstable app... But fun if it would work correctly. (android 6)
Scam, if i could give 0 stars I would, complete RIP off and take. Anyone on here saying otherwise must have gotten paid or us the creator
Once again, a delivery service app that has been designed by someone with absolutely no clue as to how food delivery works. A zero rating. You and Dragon Drive produce useless apps for food delivery drivers. Whether you're 2km away from an address or 200m, the app decides that the order is delivered, not the driver. Your customer is bewildered and their info is lost. Pathetic! Consult a delivery driver before you design an app for them.
