Needs Improvement. The video calls work pretty well when it does work. Sometimes I don't get the notifications when someone calls. The only major issue I have with the app is it is hard to hear the person when I'm talking to them. And you cannot hook your ear buds to it, to here the person better. And I have a Samsung Galaxy S22.

My experience using this application for visiting inmates through video calls is extremely disappointing. When people are trying to reach me I'm not getting any kind of notification to respond for the visit. Obviously it is clearly that this application needs a lot of work that needs to be done, so friends and family could have a pleasant experience visiting through video calls. All I could say about this application that I don't find a problem with, is submitting photo's and text messaging.

The only reason I even put one was cause i am thankful , I can talk to my loved ones. The app works less then half the time. I constantly have to re start the app. It never notifys me on messages or when I'm getting a video call, and I have a newer Samsung so it should work just fine, but yet it doesn't. If you wanna make things harder on individual who are already going through alot. Please don't we already have enough ugly in the world. And apps like this also help the inmates get through.

This app is completely trash! It worked 2 times when I first got it. After that no ring no notification at all! Uninstalled than reinstalled nothing! When it finally did work after 4 months it froze right away! Now my friend thinks I am just not answering. You guys need to do better! Or someone needs to create a better app to communicate with our love ones.

Biggest pile of $#@! system I've ever used!!! Have not had a single video visit that has worked without glitching, freezing, or that I can even log into even when I'm connected to wifi and have great service. I hate this system, especially since I've called customer service and cannot get the money back for those visits either! Worthless!!!

This foesnt even work. Talk about making it as difficult as possible. Deposited money, it was immediately taken out of my account but still says $0. Went through all the verification bells and whistles and it says there was an issue and to start over. Click on profile and it comes up with a pop up you can't get out of unless you close the whole app. Very very buggy not to mention they let alot of people's personal info get stolen. I'll take any and all steps needed to get this company removed.

This hardly works. The cost if a video call is expensive to start with. But if we could hear and actually use the video it wouldn't be so bad. I don't care to pay for th visit but I can barely hear and when I try to connect my blue tooth headset to hear better it drops the visit totally. If this company would fix the issues they would be making a lot more money but we rarely use this video feature because it is so frustrating to try to use. Please fix this app.

This application is horrible! Doesn't work half the time. When it does, there is a delay for several seconds. Freezes up, shuts down, another attempt to connect prompts a message that you already have a scheduled visit. But, when you try to cancel that visit, message says there is no visit scheduled. App is frustrating. Very expensive for lousy service.

Horrible. Genuinely. With COVID stopping us from visiting in person, these video chats are what we rely on to see and be there our loved ones during their incarceration. It constantly freezes, glitches, and gives weird error messages when trying to visit. Changing settings such as contacts, phone numbers, etc. Is nearly impossible. And at least 65% of the time I try to deposit money, it freezes and kicks me out of the app. I am so disappointed with this entire platform.

Would be great if it worked consistently. It freezes all the time, then closes and still charges you $.25 for one minute of nothing. Or it says you have a visit scheduled, when you don't, and stays stuck so you can use the video. Now the screen is blank, no words, no options, just can't do anything. This is so frustrating Please fix this.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. Ive never had a problem scheduling. Never had a problem getting charged for a visit that I didn't have. Sometimes it freezes when I call in but we schedule 2 calls and I call right back and normally it works for us. I love it. Is nice to see each other so often as I am 2 hours away. A bit expensive. Notifications on messenger don't always come through. Definitely not a perfected application with a few glitches but Im thankful for the connection.

I love this app, I can talk to my man while he is away. But the app has some issues, like I've had 2 calls drop and once, the app crashed in the middle of the call. Which is extremely frustrating because calls cost and it's not that easy to get the call going. Minor issues that would be great if they were fixed, thank you!

I pay for unlimited data, I have a brand new phone, but for some reason this app has never worked at all for video visits unless I was connected to high speed WiFi. I'm always charged for calls that are just black screen and no sound. I've spent more money on failed calls than actually getting to talk to my loved ones. The app developer is cashing in on the fact they are the only one as of now offering video visits in the correctional system. They never fix the problems though. Very disappointed

This app is great when it flipping works! It freezes, it says you have a scheduled visit already, or says it's busy when you know it's not!! If you're going to do an app like this ensure it works so people don't get there hopes up for nothing! I've uninstalled re-installed rebooted my phone this is crazy! Customer service is a joke! They know nothing about it!

It's a good idea for a video visit with a loved one or a friend who is incarcerated. The only thing is the app barely works. Yesterday my video got cut short, the screen went black, & that was it. For the past week it's either not working, or my visit gets cut short because the screen goes black, & the visit just ends. Sometimes I have to delete the app and redownload it to get it to work. Its just been taking our money.

Crashes daily. Super frustrating. You'd think they want to keep it running to be more profitable. Trying to pay for time on their webpage can take HOURS due to crashes and the page constantly resetting to the login page. Trying to pay through the app is almost impossible. As much as this company probably makes it would be easy to pay someone to fix the bugs and keep it running.

Fix your system especially the app. This app is not working and it's very difficulty. I've tried everything. We all would like to be able to visit our love ones in jail. So please fix it because it's not working. It has to have some bugs and something is wrong because I tried everything. It only works on laptops with it plugged in directly to the ethernet cable cord.

No connection today. App Did not work. Toggled between contact selection and never initiates a visit. Very frustrating...had two different devices ready, seems like many different apps, programs, called help 3 times just to get that far. Very disappointed. Tried again and it has worked best with data, not wifi, and it was great. What a blessing.

0 stars right now! Video visits don't work. Its super frustrating especially when customer service didnt help. It gave me the option of accepting the call but then just a black screen on both ends of the call. Called customer service they said everything is good on their end and that it shows them that I am missing the calls rather than answering them and having a malfunction. It use to work for me last month then I don't know what happen. It's a horrible app but I can say it works for others.

It works when it wants to work. Drops visits a lot. It won't connect to my Bluetooth so I have to use headphones or I won't hear the inmate at all. Not a great app in any way. Update: it will not allow video calls at all now. It doesn't even give an option to call anymore after I loaded $30 which I now can't use or get a refund for. This app is one of the worst and most trash apps around. Fix it or give up.

Terrible app. Haven't been able to make a video call for days. It started off with a black screen when my s.o. would answer. Now there seems to be issues with the call loading. I'm not even able to get to the black screen anymore. Please fix the problems you all are experiencing. We customers pay entirely too much money for your service for this to be happening. Absolutely ridiculous.

Grateful for the opportunities when it does work and I get to see my loved one and for the text messaging aspect because it helps in lieu of the phone calls, but the app is really crappy when it comes to video chat. Sometimes the calls come through..sometimes they don't... app is consistently shutting itself down or kicking me out...for so many people to be paying so much to safely communicate with loved ones in bad situations, you would think they would be able to iron out some of those issues

I am very disappointed with this service. In about 90% of my video visits something goes wrong! I never get a full visit. The video will drop and I lose the call, there's so much static and interference that we cant even hear each other,and sometimes the call will come thru and when I try to answer it automatically disconnects.

So much reverb. Dropped calls. Volume issues. Sometimes the app and video visits freeze. Should get reimbursed for video and phone calls when you have issues. Cost is very high! Should have an expected level of quality . When the fees paid are high standards they should be held to. You pay because you have to , bit you should be able to see and hear each other
