STAY AWAY !! We had to add additional baby sits to our trip, so they asked to extra charge us. We payed the amount, but then they failed to update the driver. After trying to reach them on the phone for over 15 times, when we are few hours before the trip, the driver said he did not get confirmation of the additional amount so he will not pick us up and we should cancel the booking and make a new one. So we made an identical booking also on gettransfer, and they refuse to refund the first one !

Scam. they do not pay money for canceling a trip, double payment for postponing the time. I contacted and even called support, they told me I didn't like it, don't use the service

Helped me out in a situation where I needed to quickly book a taxi to the airport. The process was smooth and allowed you to be in contact with your driver.

Not very clear when booking is completed and I was still not sure if it had been confirmed no sms confirmation and I.had to check by messaging the driver myself

I totally don't recommend this app. I used it in Spain and it was great but when going to Paris.. I Contacted them and booked, I had to cancel the booking and get a refund. The agent who replied asked me to wait and will get the option in the app to cancel it!!! I entered the application several times, no cancellation option.!! The option showed when it's less than 48 hours and I was informed that I can't get a refund!!!!

We used in Antalya, Turkey, great service from all the drivers and much better rates than the local taxis 👍

Had now issues at all. Honestly, I was very concerned about the service given the reviews. But everything was on time and smooth. When we realized we'd have to leave a day early from our resort due to weather conditions, the team helped us out sort a new coach through another operator. They didn't charge much more and were very helpful. I recommend to use them in Europe based on my very positive experience.

The transfer I got for Paris was spot on. The car arrived on time and no hassle at all, driver was helping and friendly. The return was a different person and car but we had the same experience on our journey to the airport.

Made a reservation then when the transport never came discovered after talking to customer support that it was refused due the app wasn't on latest version and they but they charged for it. Be careful for your money!!!!!

Bad service, 1hour before they send an email that the driver is not arriving anymore. Because of then I will loose my flight. Phone number not available to call, only email. Not reccomended!

Created request for airport transfer in Ushuaia, then got stuck in window "connecting to 29 nearby carriers". Nobody picked the request during 30 mins. Waste of time.

Absolutely dishonest business, app is misleading, booked me with the wrong address and was refused refund, but wanted to charge me extra 25$ for address change. There is no option to cancel via app, only email, received a lot of spam right after making payment. All they want is to grab money, they don't pay drivers as well (see drivers reviews) Canceled the ride since couldn't trust them to be in airport on time. Recently I had a very bad experience with gettransfer. Initially with the carrier and then with the way that gettransfer customerservices been respond. Beside the early booking and payment the driver didn't showed up and I was about to mis my flight moreover i paid three times more for the on spot taxi, no proper feedback and action was taken by gettransfer management They are totally unreliable and no responsibility Not recommended at all This is just an update Even though they have admit the mistakes they didn't refund my money!!!!! And they don't replay on my emails!!!!! This company a real fraud

Worst experience ever. Driver came 20 minutes late with a completely different car than in the quote i accepted, did not look for me, was writing with pen and paper while driving at 70km/h, took the wrong route. I documented it all, took photos etc. Then asjed gettransfer for a partial refund. They simply stopped responding to any queries on any support channels. Once you pay they don't care. Thieves. Ah and randomly they charge you rubels at a ridiculous exchange rate resulting 10% higher price

It's a good app but, I still gave 2* rating 1. They don't provide back-up vehicle if the carrier cancels at last moment. 2. They don't take call if there's some emergency situation happens like (Driver is not reachable or Driver cancelled the trip at last moment) they just asks to send email. Which is time consuming. 3. Driver/Carrier can cancel the trip whenever they want but the passenger can't 2 days before. 4. 19.5% commission rate is too high.

From the two transfers I booked through this app. I can see its a great way of getting a transfer at a decent price. More out of the way places not so much. But I had 2 great drivers who got me and family to and from the airport in perfect time

An additional charge is shown only at the very end, so beware: the price shown, the price on which you base your decision to book or not to book - is not the actual final price to be paid. You will have to pay more. In my case, 2% was a relatively small deception, but a deception nevertheless. I will not do business with them again. Also, the app is unresponsive after starting it in about 60% of the cases. I uninstalled it.

I have tried to use their service and failed to succeed with a big disappointment. Booked a big van for the transport of my mom & dad, who are about 80 years old, and paid the service in advance. After this guys let my parents to wait at the street for 25 minutes (at that age!!!), I called the number on the voucher and understood that my transfer was forgotten. A d still fighting for refunding..... Good luck to the ones, who still like to use this app.

Beware, this is a scam! Made a reservation for airport transfer with them and got a confirmation for the wrong time (16:00 instead of 4am...). Notified them of the mistake immediately and asked to fix/cancel. Called the driver directly, who canceled the trip. Customer service simply quoted fine print and said they cannot change or refund. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back. Plain and simple deception - stay away!!!

Horrible experience... After booking and paying in advance the driver didnot show and they failed to provide another ride. As a result I had to take a really expensive ride. They donot want to give me my money back for nonsense reasons like covid-19 situation and they insist to keep it as a balance to be used later on. I really donot recommend this app at all. I contacted the email they provided and no solution.. 5 months now... You stole my money!!!!!

Stay away from this app. I had booked a taxi to get me to the airport yesterday. I got charged, the driver never came and I almost lost my flight. I asked for a refund of the the ride, since he/she did not come, but they told me that since the ride was not cancelled I can not get a refund. And now they are not answering the emails. If I could put 0 stars for the review I would but the minimum is 1 star. Dont ever use this.
