GetU - Online shopping mall

Your app is not working right. Other apps are working fine but in your app product's pictures aren't showing.I have to wait so long to see pictures of products.& i get tired and i close it, evert time i open & think that this time it'll work well.But No it didn't.And one more problem i have that when i save too much stuff in the wishlist, i can't find the old ones.I can't save too much stuff.And your delivery takes too much time 20/25 days.I orderd from your site previous summer & it was late.

i ordered two months ago and at that time the prices were so reasonable. i got my order after one month and before even receiving my order they've increased the price of almost everything like 3 times. i can't even think of shopping with this app again if they continued with these high prices.

This app provides the scheme about to invite the friends then get the 1000 ruppees. When I have done this I got 1000 ruppees then I ordered two things but I want to add one more thing in order so mistakenly I cancelled the order and my 1000 ruppees are gone and not refundable then I also try to contact with their service through email and phone and no one answer thats why I rating this app one star.Worst App ever

This is an amazing application. My family and I got many gifts in their 9:00 pm offers. They delivered the items by very fast service of TCS free of delivery charges. It has good and user-friendly interface. I have never seen a shopping App just like GetU before. Keep it up (Y)

This app is useless 😠😠 I have ordered wireless earphone it's been 15 days and still shipping status is "ready for shipping" . I have tried to contact them by number but no response.. I have wasted my time and data. Worst service ever..

Very expensive than market, your prices of product was low on your instagram page but when I install your app, after installation I've seen the products of very high prices. You are actually a lier. I prefer Daraz.pk than GetU because products are of high quality and prices are also low.

I've added more than 200 items to the cart but since the app was updated every time I open the cart it says "there are no items in your cart". I reinstalled the app but still nothing happened

I have bought two dresses and one laptop in GetU, it's really nice. Chinese product don't let me down. and customer service agent also kind to guide me to use coupons, that's very good experience. I have recommended our friend about this app.

good quality and reasonable and variety of things 😍...only draw back is delivery charges 200.. and its free after purchasing of 3000. i think they should change the limit to 1000-2000. and vouchers expires really quick :(..

This App is useless. I have ordered bags about 15 days ago but i didn't receive anything.From day First they updated that your goods are ready to shipped and after 15 days they updated your goods are shipped but from where and when they have no information. Worst app don't install it.

Its very bad thing for online shopping.. I orderd 2 months ago and i got parcel today and the products i ordered is not same as seen in the picture and also very bad quality of the products of this app...according to the products quality the price of products is much expensive...

Recommended for people who want branded items.. Really nice staff..we want more Chinese origin item in ur store plz add ..some people complain about late delivery but they don't know from where their item or coming they thank its in Pakistan.... Don't expect delivery from China within a week it take time...but i advise that get u plz use use post office instead other private companies... Thanks

this app is amazing. Good that are delivered are quite astounding. And the the very best part is that every email is responded in time.

Pathetic app and pathetic service. It says 7-15 days for delivery. Still no delivery after 20 days. They Won't even respond to calls or messages and won't cancel my order either. Such fraud people they are.

Its a scam . This app committed to free shipping if you invite 1 friend but the time of shipping which are set by the app then the option to get free shipping is disable Don't install the app ..

I buy several items from this app.. I received all products same.. Its mean this is original online selling app..Shipping system is a little bit slower.. i received my order after 25 days..

The price on FB and in app is totally different they show less on FB but in app it increases by Rs1050 in almost every product. when we click for buying.

I just canceled my order, their service is too poor to be trusted again. I dun want to waste my money. Its 25th of July and i placed my order on 29th of June. Without any further delay, i just canceled my order. As their customer service is too poor and no one is responding to my calls. Its simply disappointing and disgusting.

Good range of products, prices are fine but product quality is good so justify the prices. Not like other Chunese products, app is focusing much on quality. I will recommend this App to my friends.

Very disappointing... I placed order on 18 August 2019, but still they are failed to deliver. I called them many times & they gave me good response, apologized & did commitment on every call but still very disappointing service. Today is 7th October 2019 & I still don't know, when will they send my parcel.
