This is a great app! Wherever I go, I can find excursions or transfers. Their customer service is very responsive, too! I once had an excursion that shut down while we were in line because the winds made it unsafe. It was my last day; so I couldn't rebook it. They responded quickly, refunded me, and gave me a coupon for my next GYG booking!

Very clear, easy to pay and high quality tours and activities. Most activities get in touch with you before and pick up is really helpful. Really easy to ask questions and change your booking if needed. 100% would recommend.

I would strongly recommend not using third party operators such as Get Your Guide. We had a tour which had a cost of £269 And included Avery average walking tour, the o2 climb and cable carts. If you book directly with each activity it will cost £80 for the o2 and cable car. They also booked the for the incorrect dates and then when o2 phoned them they decided this. Terrible company, isn't worth half the price. Don't do it

The app is good but what is more impressive is the company itself. We had a problem with an activity and GYG support were awesome in dealing with it. Gives an extra degree of confidence when booking knowing you have the backup of great customer support.

Guys. There is no night cruise with the Niagara Falls lights. It's a catch. What we had was day light boat ride to the Falls, Dinner( very slow service)Tower where we can change the colors on Niagara (iPod). Overall it was nice, but end of the day they tricked us.

This is my first time traveling and I was concerned I wouldn't really know what to do or where to go. This app has really made my experience in Florida an exciting one. It's very easy to use, super easy to book and so far, very reliable. I found so many thing's to do. Now, my only concern is will I have enough time to see it all? I'd recommend this app for anyone who travels and a must for first timers.

Booked one tour that I was very excited about and they cancelled saying I hadn't given my information in time to buy the park tickets. I never got the request but when I talked to the local provider, they said they had told GetYourGuide they need info. I was offered a change of date or refund but couldn't change dates. I decided to do another local your instead and they cancelled too. GetYourGuide was responsive and got the refund to me but I haven't successfully been able to do a tour yet

Booked with them weeks ago to go up the Eifel Tower. On the morning of the day. I get an email stating guide not available so cancelling the tour. Didn't offer a non guide ticket as we would have done this option, just cancelled. Do not trust this app to book your holiday experiences. You will be as let down as badly as us. You've been warned!! By the way if you are sold a jump the queue ticket for Lourve as well you will also get a surprise, we only had a 400 metre queue to 'jump'...

They told us to be ready to leave at 6:45 am. The actual pickup time was 8:15 am. The tour company (not this middle-man app) said that this was a common problem with Get Your Guide. Do not use this app. Just contact the company giving the tours directly. Two stars because we did eventually get to to on the tour.

Bad experience, we booked a balloon flight months before at half of the usual price in Capadocia. The day of the flight the weather forecast was not good, we asked for a change but they told that it was not possible. Despite the bad forecast, they indicated us to go and wait in the field at 5:00h. Waited for one hour and of course the activity was cancelled. They didn't offer a place in the flight planned for the next day. We found easily a place in other companies, waiting for the money back.

This is the worst website to book from. You can book all the activities from the actual website for less. They extremely unprofessional and even when u ask far a refund because of finding the tickets less on the actual website of the activities they don't accept nor do they make any effort to help. Worst offer website ever.

App is great but paying in the app does not guarantee you the booking. Tickets canceled after payment by "external partner". Beware and watch your email - they are just an intermediary.

Worst experience. We bought tickets and we were in the meeting point 30 min before time. Still no one appeared to give us the real tickets. Our day was ruined and we were forced to buy new tickets. Dont use this application

Excellent bookings and loads of options. Came have the same your pop up with slightly different prices, just look through the options.

The leave feedback option doesn't work!! Figures when I've been trying for almost a month to get a refund from this place. Anything that is connected to Get Your Guide stay away from!!!

DO NOT book with them. If any errors happen in your trip they will not help you AT ALL!!! Horrible customer service. Will never book with them again!! Takes your money. Won't help you at all if anything happens.

Got app while on holiday, has been very informative to use for additional tours. The app has worked well and the tours have so far been of excellent value.

Scam. Ticket listings clearly state that they fully refundable. It also says that it is refundable on the booking itself. Then when you go to "manage your booking" it says that you cannot cancel this booking and it is non refundable. Scam.

frustrated to have no option but to pay for the guided activity costing an extra £10 so unable to buyat the advertised rate. I wanted to just wander around alone.

Terrible experience. I booked a private cab tour but the driver didn't turn up. I called the local provider and they said they haven't received the booking information on their system. I gave this platform a try after coming across a Google search. It was a bad decision. They wasted my day. However, I received the refund next day itself. But they messed up my plans and spoiled my holiday.

This company is a scam company! Read the cancelation policy, and watch for exceptions. My sister and I booked a month before our scheduled event, and we're unable to attend. Cancelation policy said full refund if 24 hrs prior to event. We canceled 30 hrs prior, and were told it was within the 24 hrs. The company is a scam!!

Usually it's great but is not reliable and won't let you book tours for some reason.

The app works pretty well and for the most part, the provider's respond and confirm activities in a timely manner. Also you can save 10% off by using the APP!

So easy and simple to use. Never had a bad experience with Get Your Guide. Free cancellation is a great option.
