App no longer works when using biometrics to log in. You get passed the initial login screen, but it blanks out and looks like it's trying to load a page, but never does. Shows a zoom function on bottom right (for some reason) and you can pull down a slider to show how to register for a feature, but otherwise the app does nothing. Will revise my review after this is fixed.
Apparantly no one knows how to fix this. It crashes on both my phones when it rotates to take a pic. It takes multiple tries and at least a half hour to deposit a check. I recieved one call and have since called back and I recieved no response to the email. Please fix the app or find a new one. This is extremely frustrating.
The app does not work correctly on my android phone. I've called, I've emailed 2x and it is still defective. 2/20, I cannot believe that the app issues have not been corrected as of today,esp. with all the complaints shown here.
The new update is terrible. Half the time the app won't open and I don't care for the way they rearranged how I get to things (accounts, transfers, ect). Don't fix what wasn't broken!
This isn't an app. It's a web browser locked on their website. The one value-add should be the biometric, but that locked out my account. I'm not allowed to do a password reset on a locked-out account (that's the REASON to have a password reset), and it's midday on a Saturday so I'm SOL until Monday. Who else is ready for a new credit union?
The new update of this app is not very easy to read. I don't like that they combined the pending charges instead of leaving them separate.
The app will no longer work with biometric sign in. I updated the app as well as my fingerprint and registered as directed. Will still not authenticate.
Good,but you need to show an option on your site to show the full bank account numbers in your Show/Hide page.Can get confusing as to which account you want when all you see is 001 and 004
Had the app then wanted me to update, which it wouldnt do then wouldnt let me on my account till I updated.. So I deleted app and figured I would reinstall, but now I cant even download banking app!!
I don't know why, but I keep getting locked out of my security questions and have to call to get them unlocked. It stays like that until you call
Removed because it said it needed an update but wouldnt. I put it back on the phone and it works perfectly. Thank you.
New update is terrible! I cant see my transaction history beyond the last 3 transactions!
Works well. I love the geofencing. Haven't had a stolen card use since!
App is junk, 10 minutes to set it up then all you can do is view balance. Cant transfer money, cant manage accounts. Code writer is probably the guy they paid billions to make the Obamacare website using WIX
Worst bank ever! Been with them 16 yeara n the past year has been nothing but problems ! Funding a new bank ASAP

I like this bank. Staff is friendly, courteous. But the staff is helpful. I like the app, fairly easy to use. I haven't tried to deposit a check thru the app by scanning it yet. Hope that's possible.
App will not open. Says network connection insecure but i can log in on another device. Very inconvenient for someone who can not get to the atm on a daily basis
I've used this app for over 2 years and previously had no trouble with it, but in recent months, it has started crashing on open, and the info bar on the top of my phone screen blinks/goes completely white, or the wifi signal icon will be a white box/have a white box around it. I've uninstalled and re-downloaded to no avail. Crashes and bugs continue. I've been happy with this bank for a few years but this could be a sign that a change is necessary, however inconvenient. App bugs are scary stuff
