The app just continously loads causing long waits. Totally defeats the purpose of what I.T. is suppose to do.

real piece of garbage.
Load times when scrolling down are slow. I get connection errors while on wifi. I get connection errors while on LTE. It's faster to use paper to write down your order then transfer it to the desktop site.

Can't sign in unless I go to the website
Apparently you have to sign up for a login on the website, but it won't let me sign up unless I'm a business. Can't use.
Terrible app. Incredibly slow, clunky interface. Doesn't seem to be a way to change the view, I don't need pics of the products I am ordering. If you leave an order and then go back, you can't just start entering items again. Doesn't show my item history. Just a bad app all around. I only use it in a pinch
There are far too many glitches within this app to succesfully complete an order in a timely matter. Hopefully IT can fix these problems.
I have found the app to be quite a time saver and really appreciate having it. They have added some nice new features that have improved it's usefulness to me. Really looking forward to its continued development
Was working fine when I first installed. Now it won't even start.
No way to create account, so there's no need to keep a useless app taking up space on my tablet! Uninstalling!
It was working fine on my HTC One M7 until the Android 5.0.1 Lolipop update came out. Need to update your app GFS.
Used to be able to log in on my HTC phone but can't anymore. Still works on my Samsung tablet.

So long as you are signed up for Connect mobile; it's works great! It advertises as a mobile ordering tool and does exactly that with a easy to use GUI.
Can't login. And apparently not the only one...would so love this app if it actually worked.

I have a Gordon Food Service business account and this app will not even work on my phone I can't get past the username or password it keeps telling me it's incorrect
It is so slow that it is impossible to use this app. Completely a piece of garbage. I wouldn't image such a big company making such a garbage app for their business customers.
