The app is designed with the capacity to estimate duty for importing used cars but it does not perform that function. I have read reviews posted 6months ago complaining of this same problem yet nothing has been done to correct it. EVERYTHING SHOWS THAT THIS IS INTENTIONAL. Let the system work!

Are you guys really serious with this app? Why would you waste money to make an app and not update. The car duty section has not been working and you one has bothered to check it and you put a number down for us to call? Am sure that number will ring forever and no one will pick up. Poor maintenance culture. All they know is spending money

Why is the Duty Calculator for used vehicles not working. Just updated the app but it's still giving error feedbacks. I've seen a lot of people complaining about that here but your customer service just doesn't mind. They only reply to those with good feedbacks. Very poor service.

still WIP but overall a good & comforting idea. I wish using the VIN can be specific to the exact car rather than giving options for different year models for user to choose. If that is the case then why do you let users provide chassis number?

The sever has been down for months. A bit too long to get an issue resolved if not deliberate. Otherwise the app is great!

Hello, My question is do you really read the review at all? Wha are we so behind in everything as Ghanaians and Africas. Do they always have to contract something to a private investor before it can be done correctly? Everyone living abroad was looking for this transprency. The Vehicle duty side is still blank till today. All those working at the IT must be fired. VEry useless app unfortunately.

Your App is good but it needs upgrade, your list of cars and sub models and engine capacity needs a serious rewriting, it doesn't agree with international standards for duty calculation. Again, why do you loose information when you rotate your device from portrait to landscape? Fix these issues as you hired the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana to advertise your app or is it an NPP App? Serious business does not wear Political party colours. Be advised. My humble suggestions.

I've seen many many other users of this app make same complaints but not a single response from westblue, nor a solution. Is this a way to allow custom officers to gain upper hand again in order to extort importers?

The app was working for a while and then it stopped. I can't check the duty of used cars anymore. That section hasn't been working for a long time now and it seems like they don't care to fix it or are not even aware of this.

What an absolutely useless app. Only one section (General goods) works. The other section (Used cars) does not work. What's the point of the app if people cannot use it? Terrible!

Can someone or the developer read the comments/reviews and take action. Used vehicle duty calculator isn't working for several months now and nobody is taking action to fix it. You might as well take the app from the playstore

General goods duty calculator not working on mobile app! keep getting error message invalid HS code even after putting in right codes. Also a keyword search for HS code in the app will be invaluable.

I just opened a store, so there is not enough cost to hire staff. Everything from store managing to delivery I have to do. This App is a tool that helps reduce my workload. THANK YOU

Well the most important aspect of this app is the USED VEHICLES option which is not working and you guys have failed to update it. today is Dec 29 2020 11:23 am. Update!!! update!!! update!!!

Whiles it was functional, the app was very helpful. The used car duty calculator is no longer functional because that aspect of West Blue's contract has been re-awarded and is now handled by UNIPASS through ICUMS, a one stop information centre for all shipping related activities in Ghana. The duty calculator can be accessed from their website.

Useless app Vehicle section hasn't worked for more than 5 months now. Developer has simply refused to rectify this issue despite numerous calls for same.

I am very pleased with this application. It is very useful for me. Thanks to Ghana Trade Hub, I have calculated duty for general goods better with reliable high accuracy

poor graphics interface. let's do better as a nation. great idea though.

The application works very quickly and accurately. Every information is very good and accurate.

I no longer have to go to every business to check orders because everything is available on this app. It helps me save my time, money and effort

The car duty calculator is not working for months now and I have seen guys complain but nothing has been done about it. If you people think this app is no more useful let us know, because it's now becoming a white elephant on our phones.

My fav feature on the app has rather been deactivated. @Developers please is there a reason the used cars duty calculator is no longer available??

Its very good and simple but please add New Vehicles to it with known value or CIF. Its only Used Vehicles and General Goods that are available now.

I updated the app and can't open since the update. Just by way of follow up... App works well now. Thank you.

The app only work when general goods is click on, other categories don't work try and fix it in relation to the duty calculator.

I like this app. It is very useful and easy to use, specialy high precision. I will highly recommend it to everyone
