This app simply doesn't work 80% of the time. You can't log in, get stuck in a loading screen, or the app simply crashes all the time. This absolutely needs to be fixed. There's also no 2FA, which is scary.
Please fix the app. Used to have no issues. Now it takes soooo long to open app. Then doesnt. Get error message. Have to retry, then app ooens. Same issue transferring funds. Never did any of that before. App is good when it works the way it is suppose to.
Someone needs to figure out why their app has declined over the past few months. Zelle won't work properly. App is outdated and buggy.
App regularly does not work and will say you do not have network connection when you do. Cannot rely on this to perform financial transactions in a specific time frame
Bank is great but can no longer use the app says it has violated privacy policy and will not open have tried multiple times on clearing cache data removal and reinstall of app Nothing works its aggravating to have to go through process of using web browser to check my account
Ever since the update my app is either crashing constantly or taking FOREVER to load and its becoming a problem when I'm trying to check my bank account on the go or trying to make quick transfers
The last update wasnt a good one. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no fix. Samsung G, S21 plus
In the past the app has been awesome but done the new app I've have entere log in twice before getting into account which is a little aggravating.
Took a long time to submit the photos of the check deposit. The little circle showing the progress of the pictures went on for a minute or more. The instructions were somewhat vague after each step. Otherwise just a smooth process, could be much faster and clear.
It's been giving me a headache trying to deposit a check. So many technical issues.
Can't see anything since an update occured. Bring back the old version! I could actually see my account! Nothing now

Thus is the worst app I have ever used and for it to represent your ability to do banking, that is unacceptable. Call the person who is responsible for making sure the site is up and running is as rude and unhelpful as they come. I do not recommend this bank as nothing I was told from the beginning was true.
pretty good app. has a outdated feel compared to other mobile banking apps. it serves the purpose and is user friendly and i give it 4 stars.
It's Great. I wish my Greenville Heritage credit card statement appeared here to though. It only shows the balance on the credit card
App has not been loading lately. 😐 Hopefully whatever bug they have will be repaired
Great experience with the App. Very helpful when I cant make it to the bank.
Cannot get app to open. I have to Uninstall & reinstall and hope for the best.

Won't open, reinstalled numerous times. Bank says my new phone must be out of date.

The main issue I hate is that I have to contact eZCard company to check on my credit card to see where purchases are done, and there's no app for that. On the bank app itself it also doesn't show where purchases were done, which is a huge issue. If I'm traveling I want to be able to have that access. Please make some updates so it's more convenient for those actually banking with you.
