Reading about people having problems with their devices connection , I was scared to try the app and upgrade the device . Everything went well . I simply followed the instructions . App is simple , quick and effective . After you set your favorite temperature , you don't need the open the app to use the device . You will need the app only to change temperature settings . No complaints at all .
App fails to connect to the vape 7 out of 10 times. Very frustrating sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't with the later more often. Need to make the actual vape easier to change temp without the app. The vape itself is great the app not so much which let's face it the app does very little at all anyway.
App is crashing during the required process of 'resetting the device' right after trying to pair it 2nd time. The device alone is not producing any clouds even in factory 3rd - high settings. Worst purchase in a long time. Tragic!
I was a bit worried after reading the other reviews, but it SOUNDS like others used their vape before they paired the device. There's a big sticker with scary font saying to NOT use the vape until after you've made sure you have the latest version of the app installed (still doesnt excuse a bricked device - I truly hope everyone gets a fix for this in time) In short, I've had no issues. Just make sure you 1). FULLY charge the vape before first use and 2). DO NOT use it before you've paired it.
doesnt let me login, nor let me make an account. so i made one through ghosts site. doesnt let me login still. so i cant even use the app at all. pretty let down, and kind of regretting my choice slightly in this vape. it works well, and as intended. but why is it that all these extra features have to be gated by a phone. and especially bugged at that. youd think this app would have more quality control with a device thats this expensive. my phones a note 5 if that matters
The app crashes all of the time and it wants an update every time I replace the battery. Extremely frustrating especially with how expensive it all is...
The app is pointless. Each of the device settings cover the range of temperatures available. Locked the device via app and can not unlock it now. App just crashes every time.
Buyer beware!!! I should have never purchased.. After my purchase I downloaded the app. And after SEVERAL hours of trying to figure out how this thing works. I gave up!!! And uninstalled the app . SINCE THEN EVERY MINUTE I RECEIVE ADS!! SCROLLING THROUGH FACEBOOK AD. CALLING SOMEONE AD. TEXTING AD. EMAIL AD. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS . WORST BUY EVER
works great! just bought a mv1 stealth, vape is amazing, and the app works really well too. I read other reviews and was disappointed to hear all the problems people were having, it worked great for me on the first try! great vape, easy app!
It wont even connect more than half the time requires way too much effort just to connect it you shouldnt need an app just to configure the temperature anyways it completely broke my vape
like othera mine broke after connecting to this app. bummer because i only got to use it once and now cant find any info to fix this issue. worked out of box just this app caused it to stop working.
Terrible. MV1 locks up constantly goes into update and gets stuck so now my MV1 doesn't work. Why we need an app to control the device is stupid.
Great vape but, the app lacks custom features like variable temp hits. I will update to a 5* when they release better software.
flawless. been using this app since I got my first Ghost over a year ago, now just bought my second and the app is still as perfect as ever. all the hate is bonkers and unjustified.
did the up grade and lost all functions.300+rollers for a useless pile. Do not buy this vape it's not worth the trouble.

This thing is GARBAGE as well as customer service. Machine does not work and Customer service is playing games. Filing complaint with NJ-BBB *DO NOT BY VAPORIZER FROM THEM* Go to your local smoke shop and by another brand and save at least $90.00, my shop said it is like a 1 or 2 series bmw or c class mercedes,, over priced garbage with a pretty outside.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Useless app but no alternative
The same thing happened to me as another reviewer I read: as soon as I chose the recommended firmware update my new product died. Unusable. Just flashing amber lights whenever I turn it on. Prod support says they'll respond within 24 hours; aren't I lucky. Also took 6 days from ordering to arrive even though I paid $20 for 2-day ups.
This app makes me want to buy an iPhone again. app works perfect on there. you can rename vapes on iOS too. Android app sometimes has connection issues. Xperia z3 wouldn't update firmware. S7 active loses connection- after a few tries it reconnects but just like things that work. When it does work it's a very useful companion to my aromatherapy device.
