The new app is a lot better than the old one, but it takes forever to load. I tried loading it on both wifi and 4g, and both times it took a pretty decent amount of time to load. I'm wondering if others are experiencing this, and hope it's fixed in future updates. *2 month update: app is STILL loading very slowly and sometimes I get errors as my checking info loads which usually results in me having to reload the app a couple of times. Because of lack of any updates, I reduced my rating.

Previous online banking worked much better. On laptop the print size is too small to be easily readable without magnification and the window is too small in transaction details to see more than a few transactions. On mobile phone app transaction details on checking do not open at all or take a very long time. I have already spent a half hour trying to see the value of a direct deposit.

My only complaint is that sometimes it takes several attempts to take pictures of the e-checks I'm trying to deposit. You are instructed to take a picture of the check and to keep it within the box. While it may look good, after you take the picture, it appears with the edges of the check outside the box and the picture needs to be retaken. I had one e-deposit where I had to retake the picture six times before it was accepted. I'm hoping this is a glitch that will eventually be corrected.

I knew this app was down for a while for maintenance, but it was taking way longer to work again than I had planned. So I uninstalled the old version of the app then redownloaded it in the playstore. Not only did that work, but this new version is AMAZING. They did a fantastic job with this new app, I am so very impressed. Great job GHS!

The old app was way more simpler and easy. Hate the way it's set up. It's way to complicated people are relying on a banking app to help them pay bills quicker and more easier but this app does not do any of that.

ATTENTION: People are complaining that you can't get into the app. I went through the same thing. But you must log in on a regular computer for browser on your phone and go through the authorization process first. Then it will let you in the app.

they had some kinks in the beginning with getting people logged in. I couldnt do it through the app until I went to their online site and changed my login info, but once I did the app worked great. easy to use. new features. nicer than their other app

It doesn't work. Guess it wasn't tested out too well. One more reason to switch over to Visions Federal credit Union. Crashes every time with Android 8.1

This app is much slower than the previous app to view past transactions. And I like the edeposit feature but the wording that must he on the check is ridiculous if there's a box to check for mobile deposit.

App is not working. This app won't let me sign in even after I accepted terms, username, password, and other info that is necessary for the verification process The old app is disabled, so I am unable to check my mobile banking. I am disappointed in GHS. Not to mention, GHS sent me an email at 4:45pm stating to check app for important message and I can't even sign on. :-(

Easy to use. Times out rather rapidly, but warns you ahead of time.

The photot taking process for mobile deposits is a joke. I have to manually take the pictures 10382901 times because it doesnt auto focus so it can never read the check amount.

Cant get into my account, it says its stopped working after info was put in. Not happy with this at all, I hope my info did not fall into the wrong hands.

New app won't even let me log in. Should've stayed with the old app. If something isn't broke, don't fix it!

Can't access acct. Called today, told a few people were having problems. Looks like more than a few. I know 5 people that haven't been able to access accts.

Can't log in. It goes around in a circle. I accept the terms, submit my verification info, and... it quits.

I like this app. Very easy to use, convenient to take care of my banking when short on time.

App starts on it own and runs in background. Have to FORCE STOP.

I have Never had so much trouble trying to get to my account on any banking app in my life. Nothing but one thing after to other...I hate it 🤬

U must use a computer or like I did my kindle ... I logged in on that and then installed the app on my phone now it works perfectly... I think maybe GHS should have mentioned that so people aren't so confused

App not working. And yesterday when old app went down so did GHS system. This restricted my debit card from making a purchase, including gas at the gas station. Not happy

Can't even down load app.. Error! Best fire up the old one till ya get this one ironed out..
