Avoid this company at all costs. They claimed i signed a contract with them in 2016 (i didn't move into my house until 2017) and they auto renewed me into contracts i never signed. They are crooks.
App does not update for days... it's convenient but not credible info. Tried to fix with tech.. no success.

terrible prices keep going up and when your alarm goes off they don't even send the police and when they do send the police it cost $100 for service fee
As soon as my contract is up, I will dump Vio and go back to ADT. Now, the side camera is not recording. I give up.
this system sucks would not recommend it. if something goes wrong like senses fall off you pay for it and labor
Of the ghs interaction security is our has been changed to a different company but it's still very good I have had families and different people ask me about it I remember 2 years ago I went to Texas where my oldest sister live and she had one that's where I got my advice to get me one I love it and it's very convenient for us to see who comes to our home and we can talk to whoever comes to our door without open our door thank you again
works fine, though no events or tests done. WAY to much money!!

I called costumer service and all i got was im not aware of that at the moment. Im sorry sir thats information I cant share at the moment The sales guy offered a 200 dollar gift visa card just a hook, I guess and asked costumer rep about it and answer was again i am not aware of that at the moment. Its been 1 month and still waiting on the card. Ill give it one more week and then im changing to ADT. UNLESS I get a different answer my rating is -5 stars
