Giant Boulder of Death

Super fun and NO unwanted ads that you usually encounter w other free games. You can choose to watch a video for extra gems, but again you don't have to in order to play the next turn. Love the free spins and the fact they happen every few minutes! Every now and then the app can be a little glitchy when it opens but all you have to do is close the game and reopen and it's fine. Again great game and always fun!

It's awesome causing all sorts of mayhem and destruction while listening to this ridiculous soundtrack. However, this is not the sort of game that anyone should spend irl money on. I have not done so yet, and glad that I haven't. Yes, the graphics are perfect for the game, the music is great, the tilt-to-control aspect is smooth, and it is challenging; but there is a difference between needing to dodge 5-7 incoming homing mines, and said mines being able to pass through solid objects.

I don't think the steering controls work. I was hoping this to be a better version of big baller. Sadly it is not. I could see it being fun if the controls work. It doesn't have the annoying banner ads, good. But it makes up for it with the begging you to sign in Facebook leaderboard after every short game. And it has the common sleazy trick of double buttons and extra screens to click through--so it feels like a game to where you have to swipe away ads constantly even though it isn't ads. Sad.

If you're into these types of games then this is pretty fun. It's actually F2P which I really enjoy. You can spend 5 bucks to unlock the Heavy Metal boulder but the rest are easily accessible. No ads unless you choose to watch one for free gems, only 15 second vids, and can only do it about 5 times in a day. Would be nice if they added new boulders, content, and maybe change the background/landscapes a bit. Overall it's basic but enjoyable.

What do i think? The first thing that comes in mind to me is that.. The game is... Unusual. Very fun though. Why do i give it 4 stars? After a while this game gets boring. The gameplay is just... Well... That. No actual adrenaline. I mean, yeah. This game is a casual, time eating game. I do think it'll be great to have a lil' minigame online where there are unbreakable obstacles, and you have to race other people. Rewards for the winner could be coins or diamonds. Other than that, cool game.

I LOVE this game! It's just been so long since they added anything new. Hence the 4 stars. I'd like to see a new boulder or 2, daily missions to get rewards, maybe some new ways to play, i.e. a timed round, pvp rounds, rounds with diff goals... It's time to bring this awesome game back into the spotlight with some new content!!!

Update has fixed broken controls issue. I have loved this game for years. Very cathartic. As always, the one major let-down is that when you change your phone you will have to start from scratch as progress is only saved on your device.

I truly enjoy this game, especially when I'm in the mood to crush everything with a giant boulder! I even bought the metal boulder, which I love! The metal theme is great in how it's incorporated into all the characters. Which is why I'm so disappointed with the Halloween theme. The music could have been spookier and if you can have metal theme cows, why can't there be undead cows? Other than this, its great. Yes, it can take a bit to build up gems, but it's not impossible.

Decent game, unfortunately there seems to be a bug, I don't know if anyone other than me has it, but last time I played it occasionally failed to load the objects/obstacles yet they immediately popped up after pausing and unpausing, which isn't terribly convenient given the game relies on reflexes and a spike wall might spawn underneath and kill you. Other than that the game's good, not that I'll be experiencing the quality while everything's disappearing.

Honestly if you can't play with the tilt controls, dont play this game. Otherwise, you will just be frustrated trying to figure out what is the normal functions for what you are trying to do. 50% of the time, the co trolls function the way they should. The other 50%, you'll be lucky if your boulder goes anywhere but the million hazards they put in this. I get that this is just a time waster game, but if you're going to have all these things that end your run, the controls make it the opposite.

well...I love this game. the only thing is when i finish a game and start another one the spinner won't go away, I dont want to spend gems to spin it. so i keep having to wait 10 min for a free spin to get rid of it. Having to wait for play after every game gets tiresome after the first few times.

is pretty fun and all that. motion control is garbage, and the power ups don't add anything to the gameplay or making it any more interesting. still fun, but only really when you are waiting at the doctors office to see if you have herpes or not.

The best game related app...ever. i am not exaggerating and I am not joking! There has been no other game in my life regarding my phone, that I have returned back to over and over again multiple times over the years like I have with this very game. It makes me smile and moreover laugh still. NO ADS, the music is the absolute greatest... It is just simply and personally, the best!

Easily one of my favorite mobile games. This game has been one of my constant games on every phone for years. The in-game currency is entirely optional, is not forced on you to be able to have a decent experience, they give you the in game currency at a reasonable rate if you are a half decent player and the costs for the currency isn't gouged to hell.

Great game. Fun and addictive. Hopefully they add more powerups and powerup levels. There is a glitch once in a while where targets fall through the ground and you can't hit them for points.

Please update this app. Every time I play this game, a glitch would happen when objects for me to hit and avoid doesn't show up. I have to press the pause and play button every few seconds, but it keeps happening. Please fix this error.

Good casual game. Don't expect to make much progression in one sitting. It's a game you can pick up and play for a few minutes to pass the time. Great feeling of satisfaction destroying various obstacles. The more you play, the more there is to take out.

Had this game in ios, glad to find it in android too. I got to hear the yodel soundtrack again 😂 Control lags a bit and the screen resolution doesn't conform to the newer phone models so thats a bit of a let down, but overall it delivers the fun.

I have a higher-end phone, there's no reason for such terrible framerates EVEN with graphics set on its lowest setting. It actually made the ball unable to control. Looks fun but it's currently unplayable.

Pretty good game. But seriously the leaderboard scores need to be in a black text. Whoever thought white text on a white background was a good idea hasnt looked at their own score I guess.

Well, I've known this game for a while and played it accross platforms. This IS one of the best mobile games I've ever played, but after a while, it gets repetitive (like every mobile game). That's exactly why I'm giving it 4 stars. I'd never give it 1 to balance it, it's just that kids come in here and play the game for a single minute and leave a 5 star review, and never touch it again. GAMEPLAY 10/10 GRAPHICS 7/10 WORLD 10/10 STORY 8/10 CONTROLS 7/10 Very good!
