cant search throughout app. stops, freezes, shuts down. after having app for 10 years, it hasnt improved, never use it.
This classic application is extremely superior to the new application Giant Eagle product. Hope Giant Eagle doesn't discontinue the classic as is far superior
Giant Eagle app is ok? You're just unable to directly search for an individual item, because there's no search bar
It was impossible to use, in fact, Giant Eagle's website makes it very difficult to shop and check out accurately.
Worst app ever. Can't change my store or search for products and it shuts itself down.
Love this Giant Eagle in Oak Park Mall in White Oak!! They are wonderful people and the best friends to all their customers. I love shopping there!!!!!

seeing how this is May 12, 2019 I really don't care what was on sale 4/3/19.
E advantage is a waste of time. I have elderly neighbors who shop at giant eagle but can't use the E advantage no computer access. Same with my grandmother she s 91 no computer access either. Along with my mother. I'm the only one has has internet access and I live out of the area. So they stopped shopping at giant eagle. So your company forcing every one to.use the app to get discounts. Unfair to those people who don't habe access. To the internet to get the coupon.
This app leaves room for a lot of improvement. It is however functional for us but that's about the best I can say for it. My top issue is the inability to delete shopping lists once they're created. Then you have issues with searching and creating lists...it shouldn't be as difficult as they've made it, I would recommend finding a new developer or tell the current one to get their act together.
It used to work with no problem, but now I can't even log in. I even changed my password, thinking that was the issue. Keep getting error "oops something went wrong, try again".
I know other users are having issues, but I'm just happy I don't have to log in everytime to access my Advantage Card.
Kroger and Meijer apps are better. I can look up the prices of items at Kroger or Meijer on their respective apps. Giant Eagle is closer to me but the other two stores offer me more information on their apps. Plus, their prices are better!
The application is seriously flawed. The birth date takes a really long time and almost 60 clicks if you are born in 1950 or earlier. Once you are finally registered, it is good.
I like the app when it worked. I have been unable to clip coupons for a good month or 2 now. :/ alot of missed savings.
Terrible that you are limited on how many coupons you can 'clip'...gets annoying to have to go back to make room for more & to have to choose which to keep...
Barely works. Difficult to delete items as it doesn't sense touch properly. Should make it easier to add couponed items to shopping list and have them auto deleted when bought.
If they made apps in the 80's they would operate exactly like the Giant Eagle app.
I had troubles with it so I uninstalled it. If I can't use it I can use the space.
Worst app I ever had
Since it updated in May 2018, it doesn't load the current weekly sales therefore I can't make a shopping list so I won't go to Giant Eagle.
It would be better if it would actually clip the coupons every time, instead of saying "unable to clip coupon". I've had this happen a lot. I'll be clipping away and it'll work fine, then, all of a sudden it tells me that I can't clip the coupons. It's very annoying and stressful when trying to help my family out in saving some money, which we really don't have in the first place. I like that it's linked to the card though and it should be easy.
If the app would allow you to clip each time instead of stating unable to clip coupon it would be nice. Hard to use an app that doesn't work
Decent app, I suppose, but that's judging against my overall low expectations of Giant Eagle. Am I missing where you can clear your entire shopping list without doing it for individual items? Also, is there not a 1 click option to add something to your cart? Hopefully, I'm overlooking these features, since they're sort of a no-brainer.
I used to like this app...but something happened. I downloaded the app again and now it will not respond to touches, so I can't even log in. All my other apps work fine except for the giant eagle ones. Getgo app also has this problem. Fix it!
Spins and spins if you try to refresh your FuelPerks balance. Hadn't realized my app had become the "Classic" aka broken version at some point. Uninstall this and use the new one. No idea why they didn't just do an in place upgrade of this app.
