Overall pretty good, and our household relies on it. I have two bugs: 1) multiple old orders still "in progress" & never clear. Could be error from driver or store not updating status, but frustrating. 2) I'd love to use the list function to record all the stuff we might want. That way we can select from it each time. Since selecting from the list actually removes items, we can't do that (we have a hack, select item then add from item screen. Annoying) Allow choice to clear or not clear list?

Been on this app a long time, always kept me logged in, now can't access anything. Tried to login, my password no longer works, now trying to reset password and nothing but big pain in butt! Can't do it. To reset they send email, to get email i have to leave app to get code in email. Then app takes back to beginning to start same process all over. It's a loop making impossible to change password. I sent msg, no reply, then sent another msg 5 days later and finally got reply. Still in loop! FGE

Horrible. Used Advantage pay twice, transactions when through & were paid through auto wd at my bank no problem. Then they suspended my account because I had spent too much?? I agree, gas is expensive, thats why I was excited to use this card to save some $. 2+ hours on the phone & nobody can explain why it's suspended or how I might get it reactivated. Absolutely pathetic. Not worth the hassle & frustration. I'll settle for paying a little more at Speedway who treats me like a customer.

Absolutely perfect--until 04/10/22. I don't know what changed since the last update was a month ago, but the Order Again feature is gone, replaced by Buy It Now. None of my old orders are in that option. I used the Order Again feature more than any other. Via Facebook text, Giant Eagle said uninstall and reinstall the app. Wouldn't all the old orders that might still be somewhere be deleted? UGH! Why fix something that wasn't broken?

This app is trash. Can't navigate anywhere, can't edit an order without an ordeal--I lost $100 worth of groceries because the order edit never processed. It's 2022, I remember when apps were allowed to be trash, and this isn't that time.

Love their curb side pick up. Ordering is easy, pick up times are easy to choose from. Once they start to pick your order they let you know if they are out of something and ask you if you want a substitute. So easy for me since I don't go into stores.

First, fix the Buy again feature. Second make it easier to get refunds for missing items. My store regularly misses something they've charged me for but I never get the refund when I call to report it. Walmart is winning and that's a serious shame.

Honestly, the app function is fine with the caveat that it never seems to be updated with the store's inventory. With supply chain shortages, it's extra frustrating, I'd rather make the selection myself of a substitute item or not add it rather than get text after text and calls from my store telling me they are out of a product I ordered. It makes it where I have to be on my phone waiting to respond to their questions and the whole point was to have them grab everything for me.

The app is mostly fine, though it is a bit less intuitive than other apps. The biggest problems involve delivery. Other grocery apps alert you from the app when your order is out for delivery. I get no notice from the GE app. Second, you have to tip when you place the order and you can't adjust it. Today the driver didn't follow instructions about how to access my apt bldg, and left my order outside. I didn't know the order was delivered until I went to find out why it was late.

All of a sudden I can't select a pickup time anymore. There are times available but when I click on any part to select that time it doesn't work. I've updated the app, turned phone on and off, closed the app and reopened it etc and it still doesn't work. Very disappointing.

This app used to be good but now it's practically useless. Try to search for coupons and the results are far from what the items were intended to be (i.e., make up for frozen goods, yogurt for coffee). It's pathetic. It's almost like the store is falsely advertising deals that do not exist, with an excuse of a faulty app to fall back on. I have just given up on using it as it is a waste of time now. If I could rate it a zero, I would.

Coming from the Kroger app, this app definitely lacks in features that help streamline my shopping experience. I wish I could create more than 1 list, I wish it could group my list items logically by the area of the store / aisle the items are in, and I wish you assign a quantity for your list items. There are even more things to list but these are the top ones giving me the most frustration because I do really like the store I go to now.

Do not use this service these people are terrible at what they claim to do. They use door dash the do deliverys and claim no responsibility on these orders even though they are the ones who directly take your money. My order was stolen, left me without food for 1.5 days, when the order was about to be refunded they refilled it instead with warm and expiring food. Dozens of items are missing. Dont use this service!

I am someone who likes grocery shopping. But I'll tell you curbside pickup is the way to shop! I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've found Giant Eagle is gracious when resolving discrepancies.

Kept trying to scan some items but couldn't get it to work. Wasted time trying to figure it out and ended up frustrated so out items back and didn't buy them. Was not happy at all. If you want to sell the product then make it easy. This was a very irritating waste of my time. All I want to do now is delete your app from my phone.

I appreciate the effort, but always seem to have issues with items missing that have gotten placed in other people's bins or wrong items I did not order, they would fill in with substitutes , so I would state no substitutes. Not sure I would use the service again.

App works well enough. Sight has slow response time, not all the store items are available in the app, and my store is out of stock on a lit of my order. Its rare when they have everythingin stock. it can take a hr of texting back and forth with the person who is pulling my order to go over each substitution to get my order complete.

I feel like there should be some way for you to update the inventory on the app so we know beforehand if your out of something. Also I hate that you cannot tip your shopper!! That is the reason for 4 rather then 5 stars, no tip option.

This is the best grocery store in the area. We have been shopping here for 2 years the food is fresh, the meat dept. meat great, and the service top notch. Now about savings last year with perks we saved around $600.00 this year just in 2 months between grocery perks and gas 84.00 . Yesterday we paid $2.39 again. The curbside pickup is awesome.

Has no recourse for poorly picked items. Stores don't sub things that are approved. Employees in store pick expired and moldy items for your order. Just a really poor experience overall. This app makes me want to just stay away from giant eagle in person or on mobile. Walmart is bad on mobile also but is light years ahead of giant eagle.

Would be nice to have locations of items if you choose a store. Kroger, Walmart, Target and others all have this. Also when using the list function need to be able enter a quantity of items.
