There are many problems with this app and they don't seem to do any maintenance to fix them. The biggest issue is that prescriptions will show in the ready to be refilled section, or I will get a text to refill something, and I will check it off to be refilled. Later it falls out of the ready for refill. Why is it so difficult to determine when a script should be refilled? This is very frustrating
Just installed yesterday and seemed fine but I hadn't filled an Rx yet. Tried to set it up today. All I get is an error message saying I'm not connected to the internet. Can do everything else online, and connection says excellent. Have reinstalled 3 times without success.
Has went from difficult to use to nearly impossible. This is never been the most stable of apps but now literally stays on one screen and will not log on. And when it attempts to log on most of the time you get an error message.
I sn glad I am not the only one having issues. If you want to select a perscription, you have to tap it real hard multiple times and that doesn't always work. Also there is not a way to hide your expired perscriptions. This up date was not very helpful.
Great for managing my prescriptions. It's still a bit dated in design, but function is excellent. The only problem I have is that refill reminders are not working at all.
This app is a complete waste of time. It allowed me to submit a prescription to be filled, but then wouldn't allow me to check anything without a login I wasnt required to enter. All the app does is direct you to pages of their website. WASTE OF TIME.
I've been using this a few years now and there is still no improvement. Loads slow as hell or not at all. Let's go Giant Eagle, fix this app and get it working properly. You got enough money to feed the entire world and you can't develop an app that works?
Completely unusable. After the latest update, the app gets stuck on the loading screen and will not open. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.
This new version of the app is terrible. It just doesn't work on my phone. Expired prescriptions disappear. I wish that it would be fixed because I really depend on the app to manage my prescriptions.
The new update is confusing and hard to use. I have used the old version for a long time and now it is just a pia to order scripts. Can't tell what is OK to be refilled and what has to wait or what is expired when trying order more than one refill request.
Just a jumbled mess. Fills scripts even when you're not on Auto Refill. Meds that are called in but told to hold until needed never show on the app. Lots of other stuff but I'm about to black out from waiting to get my scripts filled.
Very convenient for me to use when I need to refill my scripts and can tell when they are being filled, ready for pickup and how many refills are left. I have a few meds and sometimes its hard to see what is filled when. This keeps me all together 💗
The app was going great until it suddenly decided my account didn't exist. It won't even let me reset my password because it says there is no account with my email. What's more ridiculous is that I'm an employee, I know I have an account.
Today, 11/17 the app is worthless. Scrolls & scrolls and doesn't open to sign you in, therefore, I can't get to my prescriptions to refill them. This is terrible. So, now I have to call to refill my scripts. What's the point of an app that is non functioning?
Used to work on my phone about two months ago. Now refuses to work. Continually saying there was an error and to try again later with no explanation. Upsetting.
What happened to this app? Refuses to load or allow you to log in. I'll go watch paint dry instead of a never ending spinning circle. Unusable, please fix!!!
this app is easy and convenient to use!! i love it. It never freezes and when i refill my prescriptions they are done within minutes.
Very easy to renew prescriptions, etc. I can see when I'm close to needing to renew them. I do think it a bit odd that expired prescription numbers are still listed in my account especially since they are no longer active and cannot be used to refill again. I greatly appreciate this app. It also indicates when it's in progress and then completed.
