Works well, and easier than the touch-tone systems. Could still use some work. Features are spread around the app and don't feel integrated. Also could use more features for helping resolve common things that go wrong with refilling Rx. Usually you still need to call the pharmacist if anything is wrong.

So fast and well organized. I've always used the phone for refills. With constant changes and updates with covid, the initial announcement to navigate the phone prompts has gotten quite lengthy. With the app, I can request refills and confirm pickup time in less time than it takes to wait for the prompt to "press 1 for medication refills ". And dbl bonus, I don't have to enter cumbersome rx #'s

Does what is intended but could do so much more for convenience. For example, remove or hide expired prescriptions or those having 0 refills from ready for refill list and other lists; alternately allow customers to create their own lists to eliminate clutter; send notifications when ready for pick up via text or email; allow phone number to be changed (despite changing it in store - still shows old phone number which may be getting notifications); allow changing email address.

Easy to navigate and use for Rx refills

Love having this option to refill my son's many prescriptions needed as T1D, but there needs to be a way to hide expired or out of refill medications. I find myself trying to refill items that are no longer refillable. Or let us sort or filter please! My insurance does not allow auto refill so it's quite cumbersome each month to find the right things to refill. Thank you.

Garbage App. Insecure, hard to navigate, and slow. Logs you out of your account every single time you close the app, or after a short amount of time, encouraging extremely weak passwords. This also makes it much harder and slower to navigate and use in general.

Not a well designed app. After I've logged in and used biometrics for additional authentication it still wants to send a code to my landline for another authentication factor since that is what is on record with the pharmacy. So, that doesn't work. Had high hopes for something better.

If your app keeps crashing or shutting down after the 10 update (like mine did too), uninstall it, then reinstall it. It will work and all previous settings and Rx listings are still there.

Great app for managing prescriptions, but since the most recent update, it fails to open--just crashes repeatedly. I'll amend my review once the app is useful again. I'm on a Pixel 3 running Android 10.

So far so good. Not alot of bells and whistles but made it easy to look at my meds while being lazy because I can just get in and out quickly with my fingerprint. Been waiting for them to have an app for a while.

Very fast service and accurate

This is the worst app I have seen in awhile. The web site is no better. If you try to create an account. One of the steps is pick your store. But the location doesn't work. Even if you enter your zip code it only gives stores in Delaware. So you can't create an account. Shame. Guess I go back to cvs. Who runs companies like this??

Horrible, I used to be able to use this app, and take care of all of my husband and my prescriptions, but about two weeks ago it stopped working, when I click on the icon, it appears to be loading but then it just crashes.

Really easy to use, great update to the app. Very happy with the ability to use my fingerprint and scan prescriptions instead of typing them all in.

Quick and Convenient! This makes it easier to fill your prescription, but also makes it easy to get information on various medicines and resources.

I installed this app bc when I called the pharmacy, customer service and pharmacist did not help me. So, I thought I was going to be able to find out if Giant has the over-the-counter medical item I need. But this app is useless for that. I wasted time and still don't know if Giant carries the item I need. It's very close to my home, so that's the only reason I wanted to go to Giant.

Easy to use let you know when your meds is ready for pickup. Your expires prescription should be removed from the list so you don't have to see them. Please think about that in the next update

Broken since last update, Original PXL Oct 2019 security update. Won't even make it into the app - no error, just a dump back to the home screen.

Broken app. They need to revert back to the previous update! The app shuts down seconds after opening it.

The app stopped opening after an October 2019 update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It now works just fine again.

Great for convenient prescription refills, though sometimes says a med is available for refill before it actually is. Would be even better with an option to remove prescriptions I no longer need from the available refills list.

This is a great app for pharmacy stuff the only thing I can think of changing is Giant not having a drive through. Why don't you have drive throughs instead of curbside pickup? I'd rather drive through.

Works great. You can see exactly what they have in their system and order refills and see when they are ready to pickup.

I would have liked to see this function under the actual Giant app. Otherwise, very cool option for refilling scripts.

Easy to use. Makes getting prescriptions faster. No long wait at the pharmacy. I can pick up curbside or just a short line to pick up and go.

This app used to be okay. Not super user friendly, but worked. Now it's stopped working and I have no idea if my meds are coming or not.
