The app carries a broad spectrum of all of Giant's supermarket and hypermarket goods, which makes it convenient to order things from the app if you cant find them easily in the supermarkets. However, the search function in the app is a white elephant (simply for show) and is not working. Not able to search for products (eg. no results found for "croissant", "milk", "cake"? ), have to browse the entire category to look for a simple item. Pls improve the search function in the app.
Ridiculous, Link card is linked to account but giant say they cannot control the system if there error. Call into cs and check if the link point doesn't go in meaning the order we purchase is gone for good. What a rerrible apps that cheat customer And since giant system got error glitch we cannot add in item. Lousy apps and will not be using after this order. ZERO POINT! And will be deleting the apps after all. All my points donated free to giant. The worst apps and customer service, Deleted app
The old version of the App was running ok until June when it would not update delivery slots, making check out not possible. Now when I click the App, a message window advising a new version is available and request user to update. When pressing the Update button, link brings user to Google Play Store, but no update version! Tried to uninstalled and reinstalled several times, each time getting the same pop up window message to update.
App adds the products more than once, sometimes randomly adds products to my cart and ended up having items delivered to me (and paying for) unintentionally as part of my cart. After re-installing, app won't even let me login. Waste of my time trying more than once hoping this app would work!
Horrible. Waited for 1 week for delivery and the night before, 9 out of 15 items were oos and on the day of delivery, another item was missing. I only received 5 items out of 15 that i ordered. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor not to order from them. You have to make a last minute trip to another supermarket yourself. Don't be happy to see that the items you wanted is in stock in giant online shop coz they will never arrive. Worst online grocery shopping ever! No refunds made!
The app hangs most of the time. Very slow and doesn't load. If this app bug continues, then a lot of customers will go to other online grocery stores. Please fix it if you want business and regular customers.
Searching for items takes forever to load. Kept on freezing at payment, causing transaction to be cancelled, cart emptied, so you have to do it all over again. Uninstalling.
Such lousy app. Keep putting as something wrong and cnt log in. Delivery always full and unable to check for new avail slots
Randomly adds items to my shopping cart that I did even click on, difficult to navigate through categories, takes long time to reload or open any new page … etc.
Terrible upgrade. Constant pop up messages, filtering and sorting doesn't work properly, and super slow. Awful.
Items that are not selected on the page will be added into the cart mysteriously. New items selected are not added into the cart immediately. Items deleted from the cart will reappear again. I have to close the app and reopen again to get an updated cart.
Despite delivery full,it allows you to browse and add to cart. When you want to add up or add in different item,it prompts for your address everytime.👎👎👎
Got bug pls fix it! Choose 1 item put in shopping carts but the item show in shopping carts is 2 item inside. And the app is loading very very slow, pls fix it!
Love this app but pls make some changes. 1. Improve the search function. Remove the drop down. 2. Please allow up to at least custom 10 favourite saved list. 3 custom option is not enough 😪 Thank you developer!!
Everything was fine till checkout. Key in my card ID n save. However, it stuck till there. Does repeatedly n tried different cards. Still same issue.. it stop process till I press "save" button. Admin please do something for all our issues here... thank u
Using the 'Search Product', I saw the item at a promotional price. After adding to cart, back to usual price. Using 'Category Search' of the same item, it's usual price.
Does not allow me to add address. Tried multiple times but it just kept saying there was no address added. How to get delivery without address? Complete waste of time.
Keyed in my credit card details and when I pressed on Save, it just hangs n nothing happens. Tried a few times already.
Postal code should be exactly 6 digits it says during registration. Not where i live it doesn't. My phone number apparently is not valid either. Works for me, I'll just download the tesco app and purchase from them.
app super hang when already at paypoint. after entering all card details it jammed and unable to proceed anything. fed up already , changing to other online grocery. :(
Price increase during CB period, please sell your items with reasonable price lah. The 3 in 1 coffee, electrical product, etc also increasing! Sell with conscience but take advantages during the hard time!
Already added address a few times but didn't work. Cannot place order without address, and hence this app is totally useless.
rubbish app, already put as delivery still tell me promo code only for delivery. and there are no time slots for delivery anyway. typical of the stupid company, does everything like rubbish and only employ idiots.
Address already save in my account. After checkout still need to manually key in the address and not working also. Please improve it.
Totally frustrating to register. Searching for items is even worse. This app is useless. Just go to the store.
App has integrity issue, stock in the app is not correct. Money paid but customer service said no more stock. Bad app and hope playstore will reject the app.
Just installed this from play store and it just launch a screen to update the app to the latest version. Can't order anything.
This app is horrible. It either lags, doesn't load or the entire app just can't be opened.
I think it will be faster for me to make a trip to the store to get my items. :( The app load extremely slowly. Searching takes forever. Updating cart takes forever. Checking out is impossible. If I logged out, on next visit, my cart is automatically emptied and I have to go through the process all over again. I'm not sure if it's due to current situation, where there's high traffic or it's just really really slow.
