They did have a 5star but now only deserve 1 star . Since I couldn't take away all my stars you log in once when you change your password . Then I tried tolog in again. With the new password and says wrong information. Please fix app ASAP!! Because you should not have to change passwords every dam time logging yourrx account. So wrong . Please fix ASAP!! Thank you !!

App was very good, now it is worthless! Refill information is inaccurate--app says I can refill, pharmacy says no. Prescriptions sent to pharmacy by my doctor don't show up in app. I would rate no stars if possible.

This Giant Pharmacy app used to work to refill prescription. NOW YOU ARE LUCK IF IT LOADS. It does not even accept a scanned prescription number. What is happening? This used to be so useful. Now it is just a waste of space and time.

Scan is better than another app i have used. Adding biometrics fir other users? If it' s there, I don't see it.

Very easy for this old Boomer to navigate.

On the off chance the Giant store app I had downloaded already had a pharmacy section, I checked that first. It referred me here. I was able to download this app, smoothly scan my prescriptions via camera, and set up auto refills in a matter of under 5 minutes. I am actually impressed! I could easily call before and enter in the scripts, but this was even easier. I will be telling everybody about this app. Refills are one less thing for me to worry about.

Pretty convenient to use. Saves me for when I can't use the phone but need to pick up scripts after work. Though I feel like it occasionally has errors and feels a little disjointed so it does lose a star for that.

Absolutely useless. Will not let me sign in, create an account, or recover user name or password, since I already have Giant shopping account. In fact full web site equally useless, since when I use it, says they don't deliver food to my address. But I have before from store 1 mile away. And when I go to previous book marked page, cookie immediately brings me up by name. With plenty of delivery slots available. They have some serious IT problems.

Suggestion- Putting the date of the script for when it is available for refill would be convienent! Keeping track of the refill dates would be nice and have patients feel more at ease. Also- there is no way to delete the ones that are repeating. Theres no way to delete scripts im no longer taking either. or to edit the way they should be written out? but- i have already spoke to my neuro about the script thats written wrong and that will be fixed. thank you for taking the time to read this.

Edited: 03/17/21 - It worthless. Crashes immediately after opening the app. I lik[ed] how easy and fast it is to renew a script by scanning the bar code.

Trying this app because I no longer receive email alerts when a prescription is ready. App does not appear to be working correctly. I live in MD and if I use locator or enter my zip code it only gives me stores in PA so I can't even see or select my store.

UPDATE: The new update fixed the issue!! Back to a deserved 5 star because it really is a great app. Only complaint is that I can't see the new prescriptions I have on file for when I run out of refills. *** Crashes upon opening. Horrible update. Unusable app now.

Easy to scroll history and find the prescription you want to refill even when you don't have the Rx number. A search by drug name function would be helpful. App would have been 5 stars but it stopped on me twice and had to be restarted.

The app is great for quickly refiling prescriptions . Perfect for people who don't have time to be calling and listening to an automated line.

I don't know how well this app works. But I am rating it low because it only can see Giant pharmacies in Pennsylvania, but doesn't state that in it's description. It is a waste of time for anybody outside of the state of PA.

After update, Fails to complete Rx, either says Rx is from a different Pharmacy or last name does not match. QA testing feed you on this release!

Sometimes the app freezes and I wish prescriptions with zero refills were automatically hidden. Otherwise a very easy to use and helpful app.

ALWAYS WONDERFUL, HELPFUL AND FAST I love the app and the Aston Pennsylvania store. Thank You. I haven't had any trouble with the app at all, it's always on point with the pharmacy and the pharmacy always has it ready when the app says it will be done

Nice and easy. Well something happened. The app crashes after you open it. The pharmacist thinks it maybe a droid issue because he had an apple and it works.

Worked perfectly until the last update, now crashes immediately when launched. I don't seem to be the only one that has this problem. Are these comments even being seen? Can this be fixed?

Switched to Giant Rx after Walmart showed me how unprofessional they are at the pharmacy. The app worked pretty good when they first put it out and so far seems to be getting even better.

I love this app for my prescriptions! Easy to use to order refills and to see what I have to pick up. Thanks, Giant!

Bad. STORE Location finder doesn't work. I searched zip 22079 in Northern Virginia and only got locations in Baltimore and Southern Pennsylvania. FIX IT, PLEASE!

Scanning the prescription code is so easy and quick!! It saves a lot of time.

Crashes as soon as you open it. Was great before most recent update. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Very convenient and easy to use. Only suggestion would be to remove rx's that are too old to fill

Tried to create an account. For selecting my store it would only show stores in Pa. I live in Va. I used both my location and zip code options. Could not establish acct.
