I have had no problems with the app, and customer service is great when u need there help on anything...
From the very beginning of my relationship with GBT has been nothing but professional, inviting, welcoming and always there when I need something. It took me a few tries for the electronic deposit to work. But I figured it out and it is amazing. Especially when you live in another state.
Says the app is installed.....but it is MIA. Not crazy about the “service” I received at the brick and mortar bank, either. This was a trial run to see if I wanted to move all my accounts to Gibsland Bank. So far, it’s looking like a big N-O.

Great, I work out of town some and easy to deposit my checks and keep up with my account from anywhere!
It seems that Apple users get all the perks.. us Samsung users still have to put in our password each time we log in.

I have been with you since 2016 /2017
I have had to delete this app and reinstall twice now as it just stops working. It would also be great if I could sign in using my fingerprint/biometrics. I do really appreciate the ability to deposit a check through the app, though.
App worked fine until app update. After the app updated I can no longer login from app. I'm told invalid user name or password, which is the same information I login from the computer to check my balances.
No point in having this app its worse than GBT's website!
Decent app. I have constant login issues with it repeatedly not allowing the fingerprint scanner to login the app
