you guys should enable the app to display cash or card trip once the trip is started ..... And the app navigator is always navigating side ways and upside down, work these areas .
Fare is alright. The App can be faulty lot of times. A request comes in and you try to pick it up. Immediately, the request vanishes and error messages come up like: Rider is busy with another ride or Rider error. Keeps happening quite frequently.
Your app need some work, few things i noticed on it are: No customer service channel either phone number or mail, no fare review option, inccorect distance calculations as well as one ve less than 3sec to accept beep so pls work on the aboved mention
Was FORCED to uninstall the app from my phone as it is useless if i cant get to register. 1st thought it was network issue, but tried diff stuff same prob. "Network Error Occurred" i dont think GIDICAB is rwady for biz yet.
Kindly separate the request from fast finger, it would be better off if it goes to individual, thank u.
this app should be up to international standard, its just not working, i installed today but it stops loading after showing the logo, tell your programmers to up the game or outsource to real professionals overseas
Not been able to end ride, A request from just a rider going to more than one driver at the same time.
My experience is noting to talk about, whenever request comes in no matter how fast u are u cannot get it, the app is not working well, please u need to do something about it.
it's a better and smarter app than uber hope u gidi guys don change to be like uber and taxify later just keep up ur standard and u gona soon have more customers,driver partners than uber don't stop or deceive the drivers and you see for yourself cheers
Nice app, but the place the rider is, is not written on the app. but the destination is written. just try and correct that thanks
I've tried registering as a Driver but the App is saying I've not gone for inspection. How do I go for inspection when I can't even register successfully?
the gidicab application is good means of online transportation, they should try and encourage more clients for patronage.
Just new in the market,it's potentials unquatify. Let's keep supporting and patronising it.
This app keeps rolling and will never authenticate mobile number... Have been trying for 3days now.
Sleek and easy to use. I guess their should be a driver partner mail where driver can also report incidence against rider.
d app nids more upgrade its quite not responding despite use of different networks...gidi drivers are waiting nd riders too.
very bad bcos you people dont have customers care line that someone can make report or give feed back. this app is very very poor. i have issue with my rider who didn't pay me my money and no where to lay down the complain. uou people should please work on your app. thanks

Improve your acceptance for request for rides. I am a new driver I sign up 2days ago but I have been able to complete 18 trips out of 100 in coming trips. I reside near unilag where I receive numerous trips but when I try to receive it. I will loose it. I have gone to your office to complain. If nothing is done quickly I will have no option than go back to my former platform.
