Pros: The margin requitements and the Personnel support was extremely Good. Cons: App experience was very bad, infact App needs to be restructured and modified. It goes on "Connecting" mode most of the time, and the rest of the time it crashes and makes the Mobile signal OFF. Upgradation of App is very much needed to place the Orders in real-time. Otherwise traders like me are getting few minutes delay that lead to a skip of Proper entry price/Exit price. Developer should look on to this.

App crashes frequently, scrip prices don't get updated automatically, we need to refresh the app manually everytime. Situation becomes dangerous when you need to close there position and app crashes. Error :- something went wrong, please retry. Now you have updated the app in such a manner that I can't login....only one message keeps on pooping "something went wrong, please try again"

New app is having bugs. it is not developed properly. it is slow and it hangs. it also does not open many times. i dont have any problem with my internet. i am using this app since it is updated and sharing my experience and findings. i hope you will consider this feed back seriously. new app requires improvements.

They provide calls only to hit the stop loss. The worst customer service ever faced in my lifetime. Lost almost 15k in the period of one month. If you try opposite to the given calls you may get lot of profit. The menu which they provided in the app was found in the Stone age. Still they kept the same.

Really very worst app, I am not able to find my portfolio details as available in other website. Its not showing proper profit and loss details. Its showing details based on previous close and present price. It will not help for the investors. Even though we can't able to find our investment value too. Totally unsatisfied. To post this review only I gave this star too.

Very poor experience with goodwill..have to take follow up daily with local team for price limit in future option, they are resetting the price as per their convenience... Other than this order may hit at any price before target reaches and cause a loss of money...also app is hanging many times... Need to improve in better way

New app is the better than first app thanks for update! When use view (search) option there is touching problem to open sometimes need to touch 2/3 times. Please, show contract notes & Ledger statement in Giga app. Now chart showing the best! All time follow up not possible! It should be shown in Off Market Investment Funds and Open Positions, spl, on Saturday & Sunday or on Market closed days! Provide important calculators on Web Site or in App like Margin calculator.

App refresh rate is very slow. Doesn't update real-time prices. And subsequently crashes midway an important transaction. Very pathetic. Your charges are high for options. Still you dont bother to serve your clients.

You cannot talk while trading, next person will not able to hear your voice. Need to fix this bug. No real-time trading there is lag always, which is very dangerous Certain call options are not even seen for e.g. LT. During square off sometime shows error. Please provide solution otherwise I will stop trading with you.

This app needs improvement as when market is closed the holding bag showing empty this is a major error as someone like me thought that o have loss all my shares as there is no portfolio option here...seems a incomplete app...somethings are missing...

Each time screen open after some idle time, app requires password and security questions. It wastes time while placing an order. My suggestion is password asking must be once or twice a day.

Worst quality of app I have see. Continuously slowness in processing. Bid missed many time due to slowness. Not friendly for use. No direct login option like finger print recognisation.

Sometimes all of a sudden crashes. The user interface if made more smart it can be more wonderful than this. Fund payout option shud be at one touch.

Very very poor. Don't use this app. They call you and ask you to join service and then take money from you and not respond to your call and sms. I've lost my money. Don't go with this app use another apps which provides free calls and other services.

You know why most of the client giving negative comments. Because they are facing loss due to your application. I will point out to make easy to place order with stoploss at one go and after that there must option to modify that stoploss. Log in issues also. Payment issues also. Please make the correction as soon as possible

Please update the app 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 All are very good in the app Please increase the speed and reduce the data to be taken ,use light version this is taking too much data and please change the skin. Remove all the unwanted data and finally provide BO AND CO order to the options PLEASE ADD TRAILING STOP LOSS ALSO IN THE APP ADD UPI PAYMENT ALSO.

Not good app.. Need high network for using app.. Nifty and bank nifty call and put options are not update as per current price. The rates are not showing as per market price.. Apart from other trading app Giga is not good. Every second we need to refresh the app. Compare with other trading app Giga is worst

Really it's going worst with the performance... I couldn't made payin through this app and it causes losses...and frequently it is closing...data loading for the price is really slow...

Need to improve in chart quality like zerodha and upstox and chart not open many time and change settings every time. Not open previous default settings. Pivot levels not available. MTM status not show

This is the worst app, due to this I have lost a lot of money . On 16/06/20 I given the order for selling , the order wasn't executed at that time and then I selected 'cancel all orders " option and then I closed the app but it is such a dump that it only cancelled 1 app and kept the rest as pending order .And after that no messsage of trading has came but it came on the next morning by loosing a lot of money . Such a waste of service and a worst app googwill commodities pvt. is holding .

Everytime login again? Give fingerprint option to open immediately. Order placing is an another hectic. Everytime need to close the keyboard to choose another column like stoploss ,target,qyantity like. Why dont you people give app user friendly.?

Compared to GAMA App this GIGA App is worst. Letters are very light and not bright to read. For each and every time getting the script is very difficult. Better to switch to the old GAMA App.

Very bad app. Every time I have to answer security questions, this is irritating. App is working very slow. I don't find payin and pay out options. Wasted!

Earlier GAMA app so nice and better than this GIGA app.In Desktop too you guys have changed it .why I don't know the reason but earlier was best in APP and Desktop too. Price execution is best in earlier .now days in GIGA when I placed limit order too cover my position it got executed at market price only .it's worst thing.they are also providing less margin exposure .and the most worst issue is payin and payout .overall not so good

A very high Internet signal is required for this app. Youtube,news channels and Live Cricket Matches can watch easily without interruption of Internet, but GIGA is can't be opened in this Signal... Please improve

It would be great if you can add alert when a Crude or NG level generated. I miss that opportunity due to this reason only. Can you give others way to follow message.
