Giganticon - Big Icons
Just add the Giganticon widget to your home screen and choose your app. You can resize the icon to be tiny, gigantic, or anything in between. Icons for apps available on Google Play will even be in HD!
Giganticon is optimized for phones and tablets running any version of Android.
You can have up to two icons totally free, and then the app will ask you to upgrade. However, there is a secret way to unlock a third free icon. See if you can find it!
For apps that aren't on the play store, Giganticon allows you to substitute any image from your device.
Giganticon is great for kids to make the homescreen simpler, and great at increasing accessibility for people who have poor vision or trouble touching small icons. Kids and grand parents will rejoice! Giganticon supports TalkBack for those who have it enabled.

I'm a partially sighted samsung user & this has been brilliant for making apps easier to see. I only wish all the default apps were available. For example, magnifier, camera, gallery. Maybe we can put in requests. I'm trying to set up an s22 ultra
WISH I FOUND YOU SOONER!! i Don't leave many reviews but when i find an app as cool as this one it's hard not to!! Started customizing my Samsung S20 Ultra which has a huuuge screen which makes it hard to reach the left side of screen sometimes so the larger icons are a Godsend -- This app is literally so easy to use and so much fun!
THERE IS NOTHING ELSE LIKE THIS, which is shocking. It does one thing and it does it beautifully — lets you have medium, big and (obviously) gigantic icons on your home screen, so it doesn't look like a boring wall of pics like some low-down iPhone user. I have Android 10, Samsung XCover Pro, and I use Nova Launcher (if that helps anyone) — and this works a treat. Developer is friendly and responsive, too. It's not obvious (to dunderheads like me) how to choose an different icon if you don't like the default for an app, and he kindly showed me how. And now I've written more than 100 words, which Google tells me makes this review more helpful. You're welcome.
I would give this app 5 stars... however, some apps get applied with a square white background (chrome, play music, gmail, etc.) instead of the icons themselves with transparent backgrounds like pictured. I was able to get around this by installing icon packs, but still more effort than I would have liked.
Update August 2019: So it appears to be working now with the newer version however the app does not allow me to go beyond two apps considering it was purchased. If I choose to upgrade it won't process the update Update July 2019: Now it crashes all the time... Unistaled it and reinstalled... And it keeps crashing... It doesn't matter which icon I pick. Old comment: Good but crashes... System apps like contacts cannot be made big. The app crashes when you try.
worked fine on android 4.2.2 for years. suddenly stopped working without warning. reinstalling doesn't fix the problem. i click on the widget, select the app, a black square appears on home screen and then NOTHING¡ what is going on¿
Worked great first try. Suggestion: It would be nice if there were a way to enlarge a direct dial widget for contacts. It would be great for the seniors who need to access their favorite contacts without their glasses.
I can find no way to contact the author. This app did not automatically pass license to my replacement phone. I should not have to buy a second time. If Gabriel will contact me, glad to revise my comment. I can find no link, whatsoever, to reach you. And I am tired trying. Good app if it would just be distributed justly. Others have commented this same known problem. This tells me Gabriel may be well aware of the problem. I think people have the right to know.
Purchased yesterday and sent the developer , Gabe, an email about poor experience installing modern day app icons with processing errors. His response 😄 "Thanks for trying out Giganticon, and I apologize that it's currently broken. I am in the process of fixing it, but it turns out that a lot needs fixing. I've refunded your order so that you don't have to wait. Update....apps works now, after update by developer, with all apps icons. Good job Gabe😀
Tried twice to use with Keep icon, both times got "widget stopped working" message. Third time, was told I needed to upgrade - but trial version did not work, at least with that app.
worked fine for years... now none of my Gallery apps connect to it. not sure if there was an update that ruined it, but this is very disappointing! thinking of uninstalling. please help!
I enjoy this app but I got a new phone and the app will not recognize that I already purchased the upgrade. It's incredibly frustrating and I don't want to have to pay for it again especially since it went up in price from when I payed.
Revised rating... now 5-star again. This is a great app .... there's really nothing else like it. I'm so happy it is again working properly on my Samsung Galaxy. The developer took some time to respond but was courteous and polite so I am mollified!
Just keeps processing continually. Was working fine, and now I can't get it to work. Now sure what the problem could be. 😔 Started to show signs of life, but then stopped working again 😿
This app is GREAT! It makes it easy to change the icon to any picture and size you want! Anyone who has eyesight issues will LOVE this app! Thanks for the update, Mr. Taubman!
This is the only app by far that let's me make my apps big and I love it but,it keeps telling me to upgrade it but i don't want to and it cost. Everytime I open the app it tells me to do that it doesn't let mee choose what app I want to make big anymore so I need yall to fix that please because it wont let me make my apps big anymore it just keep saying upgrade
Having been using this app for years, but suddenly almost every app pulls an ugly white background! I'm not sure if this is in the developer's control, but an absolute crying shame
Exactly what I wanted...almost. It magnified the clock icon but didn't change to show the time passing like the small clock icon. Oh well :(
I tried this app before and it did not work then, on Android Pie. Now it does, and it is absolutely perfect for me. Kudos to the developer!
i don't give them 1 star just because i been using the app for the las 2 years, but the app isn't working anymore, icons aren't loading, the last update was way to long ago...
Hello, I installed this widget on an android car stereo. When i use the giant icon for the radio or music player i get no sound using the standard icon for these apps sound works ok. please advise
The app was working for years. just recently the app will not load any widgets. I don't think I am the only one. Please fix!
What a great idea! Fantastic icons, simple, efficient and no bugs.
Great concept but they need a reasonable price for all not just two and most importantly I need my icons huge in their folders.I can't be having all my icons hanging out willy nilly.That would be a gigantic unorganized mess.
this is an awesome app ... but it does not seem to work anymore. it will recognize ones i have done a few months ago, but won't let me add any new ones. please help!
Looks like it exactly gets the job done (And €0.50 is really cheap :) also, the dev just fixed a bug I had reported in an earlier version of this review. Groovy.
I cannot enlarge my icons anymore because the app is not working at all in my Android .please do something with the app and I really need this. thank you
All I ever get is the landing page with instructions, but the G icon doesn't do anything other than go to that landing page. Stupid.
It was good at first but now if my phone were to restart the pictures I had chosen as the apps display all glitch and change into the same picture. I would have to go again and change them from the widget. Every. Single. Time. I'm definitely sure that this is a bug and since I payed for the app I would like it fixed as soon as possible.
