Intrusive permissions, No, I don't want to give you camera and mic access if I just want to browse available jobs. Lengthy signup process with inappropriate permissions to then be greeted with very few job offers for which there is no sorting option on the main tab and even the search is horrible. Don't bother downloading..
Great app! Love that I can apply with a video and not worry so much about my CV. As a previous reviewer stated I had a similar issue with my phone number but got in contact with (Ellie) who got back in touch super quick and was able to access the app. Wish me luck with my video applications!

Easy way to apply for a job. Just send a short video message and that's your first interview done. It took a little while to get my video right, but after that it was easy to apply to the jobs.
Really simple to use. Downloaded on multiple devices, galaxy tab4, note 6 and note 10, no issues what so ever. Would definitely recommend.
Unable to create a profile. App did not work on a Moto G8 Power and also did not work on Google Pixel 6. My messages hasn't been answered. Poor support.
App keeps crashing after log in. I haven't even had the chance to complete my profile.
Fun way to apply for a job! Really good idea, let's you see the employer and place of work and you apply with your own video instead of a CV, phone interview etc. Hope they get more jobs posted as this should be the future!
The app sets out the vacancy info well and gives really helpful pointers which are very useful. The app itself functions perfectly on my device (Samsung S8).
What are the app has good intentions, more testing is needed. Trying to complete a job application seems impossible, have to restart the app to view jobs, error occurred to do with JavaScript. Uninstall!

The app only shows the major city. For example, i live in the uk. The only jobs it shows is london.
Update: after emailing support about my issue I got a quick response The app won't let me upload a photo so I can't get past the sign up stage. Please help
I really like this app, much nicer than the old fashioned way of emailing a CV. Gigl is a fun way to look for work, and unaffected by Covid-19
