All customer contact virtual channels are non-existent (inclusive of the website and phone number) especially when it comes to rescheduling. Paystack integration is not stable. I've had a terrible experience paying through my wallet. The extra charges are not included when you view the amount to pay. I hope this honest review would help improve services.

The only ick is that, once a booking payment fails, the chosen seat is still "selected", making me wait a long time before the seat is available for booking again. Other than that, the app is perfecto! Best app I've used in both speed and UI.

I don't know the essence of the recent upgrade to the app that requires an authentication EVERY TIME I want to use the app. I can't even minimize it or even go back and forth between menus. I have to provide authentication. This is not an upgrade; it's a nuisance. Please reconfigure it. Which kain headache be this na?

Good, but work on saving users booking progress so user can continue where he or she left off after stopping at a certain booking stage. Also there are cases of multiple crashes on the app when viewing booking history or when trying to reschedule booking. I suggest you thoroughly subject this app to regressional testing to help improved the critical bugs that are hindering core functionality of the app.

Booking on this app can be very stressful. Recently, I spent more than 3 hours trying to book a seat. First of all, I couldn't find my wallet or use any of the payment options. Secondly, once I unsuccessfully book a seat, that seat remains unavailable for more than 1 hour. In my most recent attempt I had more than 5 unsuccessful attempts and so all the seats were "booked" and remained so for more than one hour. It's very frustrating that unsuccessfully booked seats cannot be booked again.

There are so many navigation cues that are missing. This makes the app navigation terrible. Also, most of the links for payments don't work - The paystack and flutterwave. The overall user interface is not intuitive at all.

The app works well and quite efficient. However, note following observations. 1. Dates available on your calendar (i.e. departure date) is only for 8 days. Calendar should enable booking for at least one month ahead. 2. For Round Trips. Calendar does not validate a case where departure date is ahead of return date. Departure date can be to 28/02/2022 and return date 25/02/2022. 3. Include error messages to trap error event. If I click search button app should refer me to mandatory fields.

So now we can't even use the app after being asked to update the app. After updating it still shows there is a newer version. I uninstalled and installed again and it's still the same thing. Also no vehicles for the next day or next two days available for booking. What is actually going on with you guys. Look into this. Also I recharged my phone with the wallet. The credit never entered and I was debited and there was still nothing till date. No longer going to use your services.

The app is not working at all. I have been deducted twice for services not rendered. I have complained several times but nothing was done. After I wrote this comment October 11th, i continued the conversation on their email. They promised to rectify. It's been 2 months and counting, nothing has been done. Even after seeing the error.

Firstly, Your payment option for paystack is confusing and frustrating often demanding the use of my banks token whereas I do not use a bank token. The futterwave option does not work and as for Woven, what is that? I did not have the difficulty I experienced booking my last two trips on this app with the previous versions. Secondly, your feedback form is white character on white background. Who does that

Each time there's a failed transaction, that seat becomes unavailable for some weird reason. Always happens on the website and mobile app. You'd think that GIG would have fixed it by now. It's been over a year I have been booking and the same issue always persists.

Very poor and bad. This is the 2nd time and I regretted the first in December 16 trying to book, and today was worse I felt crippled. The app needs to enable people to choose different payment options rather than restrictions to just funding of wallet.

Am enjoying GIGM wella but d problem I have with them is 1. They don't keep to time. A bus that suppose to leave by 6:30-40am will be struggling to leave by 8:30am or even more. 2. At times u end up getting another seat instead of d one u booked for. Can u imagined? That's totaling wrong. Why having d app or even booking online when I know that d seat I booked for wil end up becoming a super story when I get to d park. It's not funny, u guys do something. I've been trying to log in for a week, I can't. I changed password to see if that was the issue, I got the OTP reset, I still couldn't log in. Okay, I created another account because I urgently needed to book a ride, same thing. I can't log in, not nice at all. And my wallet is funded on the first account.
