Hi there,i have purchased a sim of yours and hence downloaded your app to activate it. I thought its gonna be a application as usual as i have seen you guys are based somwhere around silicon valley. But to my surprise your application slowed down my phone drastically.It has been crashing non stop even when i am not using it which indicates its running in background and crashing.I seriously dont know whats wrong with it.
This app is good but could be better the signal is poor, when you are on the coast near to the beach there is no more internet available for the rest of your trip. Otherwise it works as long as you are close to a tower.
Paid for 1 Gb it lasted about 2 seconds and disappeared then said I was left with 0mbp. As I was new to trying this, I thought maybe I made a mistake along the line of set up, so I paid for another 1 Gd over 7 day plan. That disappeared even quicker. Crooks
Good service but expensive. When connected to the eSIM the GigSky app uses a tremendous amount of battery!
Works fine. But if you load money for a region or country you are not in, you can not see if it worked. But it always works, so it is fine.
Very solid service
The app is overly complicated and hard to use. It is also much more expensive than other alternatives like Airalo.
Perfect option for the quick visits to different countries, worked very well on arrival into Guyana and still going strong

Brilliant for Offshore North Sea but expensive. A Regards program for heavy users should be considered and an even bigger package should be considered (25GB)

With update it started reading my esim instead of the gigsky sim so I cant view or modify my current plan :/

It's helpfull.
Intermitten connection in Dominican Republic. Some days no service at all. Customer service is a joke. All they do is ask you to send you more and more screenshots.

Using with my Nexus 6
I've used gigsky for probably 3 or 4 years. They're the best way to go multiple places and are super flexible. Their customer service used to be top notch. HOWEVER. I'm in Europe now and tried to top up and my sim which worked for a week has decided to brick. I'm on email no 5 with customer service now and still haven't gotten resolution. I've tried the sim in several phones, one of which is successfully using a gigsky sim. So I'd recommend it 100% but also recommend a backup. Safe travels!!
