I cant speak to the validity of the scam claims. I can, however, speak to the effectiveness of the app itself. It doesnt work. After trying to sign up, no validation email was sent and no validation text was sent. After this issue being passed on or forwarded to the companies IT dept and being told I would be contacted, the problem persists.

The company is no scam, they are great. IF they would address the problem of the app closing and failing. For the record i have called them multiple times and messaged as well and i was told it was an unknown problem occurring only to me. Obviously that is not true. I cant work for an agency i cannot even schedule responsibly for and an app that closes within 2-4 secs and takes your data with it, is entirely screwed. Im not that kind of employee and youd think theyd *make their IT fix the app*.

The app keep stopping. And you cant clock in on it. The app also use a lot of data and there are things on the app that just dont work right so you have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to your phone when it frezze up. Other then that i guess if you have time to go through all of this it might work for you but the main thing is clocking in and out on the app it is impossible and the pay stub of the apo part dont work because the company email your pay stubs. So thats is really it.

NOT very useful as they only sent me gig offers for gigs I have no experience in what so ever! only ONE time in 6 months they sent a offer i could do an they waited to send it day before event so I had other plans. Not very user friendly and wouldnt let me submit my food handlers card or ID although there is a place to have it on profile! you cant delete offers too. offers for house keeping and head cook they sent i couldnt remove (I NEVER spesified I have skills for these jobs!)

First of all, the app is very buggy. After I finished putting my information in, my account got verified after a few days and I got my job offer. And this is where the 1-star comes in. The job offer stated that I had to go to the job location on the same exact date that I got it right as I got verified. After I contacted someone that works with the app, they admit that they have no idea who to contact once I get up to the job location and told me to go up there anyway to hand in my documentation. The next day, me being the idiot that I am, it took me 30 minutes to find the correct entrance once I got to the location because it's so massive. Once inside, I spoke to a receptionist and she had no idea what I was talking about. And since I was never given the name of the manager, she had no idea who to reach out to in that massive facility. After realizing that it was going nowhere, I thanked the receptionist for trying to help and left the place. That being said, I give this app one big fat star for wasting my time and having someone so clueless give me a job offer.

Got to the point where I had to take pics of my i.d. and a second form of identification...everytime I'd try to do the second form it'd take me back to the beginning to start again. After 5 times I gave up. This app sucks and is a waste of time. Employers shouldn't rely on a damn app to have employees fill out their info because the idiots developing the apps clearly got their credentials out of a cracker jack box. Technology has ruined a lot of things.

Hi, for some reason I cannot download this app on my Pixel 4a. I currently have 2 phones and surprisingly it works on my BLU phone but not the pixel. This is still a great thing to have tho just wish I could access this on my better phone.

From the initial Signature I had issues. Attempting to upload any sensitive documents was also difficult. I've been a line cook and a Chef for almost 10 years and this was by far the most difficult hiring process I've ever experienced.

First time in new state searching actively for employment. The app ask for a lot of confidential information as a requirement which make me uncomfortable to put picture of your ID, your SSN on an app.only can search industry food service but all job titles listed. No sure if I should complete most definitely more research.

So I'm not sure what's really going on I applied and as soon as I agreed to get a gig my account completely stopped. I tried to restart and it won't allow me to keep saying that that person already exist I'm really frustrated with it.

Signing up was very easy. I have been using the app for almost a year. They nevwr failed me. I just send them a message and I always get a response. Looking for a job has never been this easy

Ive had this app for more than 4 months and still haven't received not one job offer. I tried to edit my information and delete other private information but won't allow me to. just a heads-up do not download this app. ***DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES***

I was hesitant at first but after signing up. No need to go out for me to get a job jobs are all coming my way while waiting at home. Been workinv with gigtracks for 3montha now and still having a lot of open jobs for me. Trust me this app is for real.

I set up my profile and after it was accepted i got a job offer right away. This was so easy and fast. Ive been on Indeed for months now trying to find work and GigTracks got me a job way faster. No complaints here !

Someone used my personal information and created a profile. Ive pressed criminal charges against person for identity fraud. I cant contact anyone with Gigtracks to have all my personal information removed from Gigtracks. Where is customer support or any support for that matter?

Only downside is not enough weekend gigs. & Also the availability feature didn't work. I have a mon- Fri. Job but the Availability feature wouldn't let me block off any days.

App does not open in order to register. Not sure if this is a BS gig or just technical issues. By reading the other reviews problems still exist.

There tracking ur every move if u notice or not, location is constantly running were u go they go anytime or nite,,1 more thing guys if u notice they call themselves coastal hospitality,,but rhe app say gigtrack, and wen I bought this to there they never called back.check it 4 ur self

I like this app but have not wrkd for a few months cant get into my gig tracks i keep calling leaving messages no one call back to tell me my status and i really need a job other then that they will keep you working i like it so thats why i gave 5 stars but im gonna keep trying

Almost positive this is some sort of scam to get your ss # and i.d. and address and such. You don't hear from them and when I finally did hear from them (after my messaging them) they still haven't had 1 job posted. I gave 1 star only because I have to. Do yourselves a favor and move on.

I have not been able to sign up with this app. You have to continuously try to sign in : but can never be successful.

doesn't allow you to complete sign up and keep force stopping when its time to add documents waste of time

Easy process! I just downloaded the app and next thing I know, I already have a steady work schedule with them.

They sent me 1 job assignment that was way off my schedule and toooo far in distance. I rejected that one and they said they will send more.... never heard from them.

It took a long time to get my code but now Im in. I cant believe it was this easy to receive full time job offers. Thanks a million.

This app does not work at all. In fact, I signed up for this app through a prospective employer on the internet.

Stop working and I could not clock out. It's still saying I can't login and I will never be using this app again

I love that I no longer have to chase jobs. They come right at my door through this App!

Everytime I try to take a picture of my information the app crashes. I'm not going to waste the time.

Its always having problems and my checks are never accurate or on time.
