Don't bother downloading this - You can't actually do ANY of the things it says you can. Based on my experience and all the other reviews it's just a waste of time and I'll be uninstalling it. When you try to use any of the listed features ESP Promotions it either locks up or says "Unstable Network". As ALL my other apps work just fine I'm 100% sure it's not an issue with my network, Doesn't work with WiFi or Mobile Data

Constantly does not allow free play even though you have them from prior day. Crashes after you win so much in a day, often can not connect to server. Casinos are good and enjoy going to them but this app sucks, they need to look at a new developer. Update: I stopped using the app for over a month, returned to what I thought was a new nice feature, giving the free spins as you earned them. But after 3 days, again it locked me from getting my free spins I earned. As of 4.16.2022

Excellent app. Easy to navigate and find stuff. I do wish that more info. Was in my account like money on card etc. And points remaining until next level. Also with bluetooth you literally have to be inside to use for promotions , it would be easier to just go thru app instead.. Otherwise i love the app and love lone butte...

IP Adress blocked! This app used to be great for checking your status and points for the players club, as well as participating in some of the promotions without having to wait in line. Now when you try to open it you get a message saying your IP address is blocked. I've tried from multiple devices with the same message.

App barely ever is able to give any real info like the calendar or any phone number to call for info BEFORE we drive all the way out to the casino just to find out the event has already started and we missed the cutoff for entry, the event has already happened or that it is on a different night... Very frusterating. Also the app wont connect in the casino. Im apparently misinformed but i was under the idea that the app connected onsite we got some kind of a bonus. If not, make it happen & work!

Great app! I wanted to make my football picks from home and recently heard that this app gives me that opportunity. I almost chose not to install after reading some of the reviews, but I went ahead and am so glad I did! My picks are in! One suggestion: When installing, leave your "permissions" ON when it asks because turning them off can cause the app to malfunction. Also, your GPS must be ON. 🎲 Good luck! ⚃♠️🎲♦️⚄🍀

Finally was able momentarily open app, after 5 months having it on my phone. Very glitchy when navigating it & when attempting to view my account info it says it cannot open now because of network which is false as it shows that message while I have full bars & a 5G connection

I noticed my phone turns itself on now. I checked my data to see what was causing my phone to turn on at odd times. Turns out this app has been running in the background collecting information. My friends also notice the same thing. Something is suspicions about this app.

Vee Quiva Casino is my favorite place to unwind and win a jackpot. The machines are loose and the staff as always are so helpful. As for the app the only thing I can check is my account in what points I have or what free play I may have. Every time I go to do my free play it says I'm not in network to make sure my location is turned on and all that is turned on but it still won't let me. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

casinos are ok; app is trash. backend is currently down (can't connect). When it can connect, half the stuff doesn't work anyway. Requires strange permissions that are not necessary (access to make phone calls, access to all your files)

Tried to open for first time and error saying in internet connection but my wifi is working just fine. Also, don't understand why app needs access to making a call, to contacts, videos, pictures, etc. Seems to want excessive permissions.

I think the slots at an actual casino is 10xs more likely to give you a win than this app. I just bought 50k in coins and played a slot at 450 coins per spin. In 25 mins, I lost it all. Not 1 single bonus round. I must had done 200 spins. Is this suppose to be fun? Why is this apps wins % so low. Its not even real money you win. This casino app is trash.

This app worked about 6 months ago but for the last 3 months or more it sucks a big weenie! I tried deleting the app and doing a fresh download and it still sucks the weenie ......Only way thus thing works is if you actually walk in the casino and swipe the card at the Kiosk. Terrible App.

Device has been blocked! Visit players club. ...Visit players club and they ask for email and a phone number on a piece of paper. This is a terrible experience and no way to run trouble shooting. As much money as we give you, you'd think you could afford a decent app designer.

Frm the get go! I should of known. A free spin frm Gila River was gonna be some work. When I try to access free play games it tells me that I'm not in the region and won't let me choose like it will my friends. I've never received anything via this app and my GPS is on! The only thing I can do is check my account. That makes me mad but I have to drive there just to "win" 5 bucks in freeplay!

App suddenly stopped working about 2 day ago. Error says "error encounted. Please check your internet connection and try again." My friends are having the same problem. My connection is working fine for all my other apps. What is going on and when will it be fixed?

Everything's good with the casino execpet they just need it come out and say yes ruby or gold has free play and say what day and I did a survey for one of the partners of vee quick and way to get 10dollars free play but never. Got it other than that its my second home and I drive around 45 miles just to get there that 2 or3 time a week some times more thats how I love the casino ond thats how good they are.

horrible doesn't load anymore at all. encounters network error even with uninstall and reinstall. ALL the money these casinos get the least they can do is have a working app.

This app is garbage. It says you need your GPS on to play mobile contests but always says "out of region" even when I'm standing in the middle of the dang place. It's a con to get you to go to the casino.

Yeah, what Alberto says. I'm getting the same error message and cannot access my account. Update: After uninstalling and re-installing the app now works again.

This app sucks, doesn't even work. The first time it worked, next time I logged in it crashed, now it constantly says "retry " when I want to log in. Fix it!

Worst casino app ever. It's always down and locks me out for no reason. I wouldn't bother with the casino either, customer service isn't any better.
