Gilbert 311 allows citizens to report common non-emergency issues, tag their location, and send them to the appropriate Gilbert staff member for assistance. Residents can create, view and track the status of their report making it easy to engage and communicate with their local government and improve their community.

I do ALOT of walking and spot issues of concern and this 311 app to me is helpful to all and at the same time it's kinda fun! 🇺🇸

The app is great to report issues in and around where I live. I did not like however the PD response of doing nothing about reporting discarded syringes.
