I like all the continuous new clothing and other items everyday. The clothing industry needs more bootcut pants. I'd like to see Miss Me and Rock n Republic brands.

Filter function not great. The app itself works well, and you can't beat the styles and prices, but when I'm looking for shoes, and I filter for my size, it keeps showing me shoes that are sold out of my size. Using the filter means I only want to see shoes that have my size in stock. Otherwise it's pointless...

One of the worst shopping apps ever! It's almost like the app was developed in 2012!! The products only have a maximum of only 2 pics, most of the time no further details about the product, it's materials/composition, care, etc. There are no reviews by customers. They don't have any way to add to wishlist, and once a sale is over, they remove the product from your cart - which is the only way to bookmark a product! The searches use absolutely useless algorithms.
App was working great but stopped completely. I am giving it two stars because it was working great when it allowed me to log in but now gives a null error. The ability to filter out items that were sold out was great, and the grouping of items made for good visual categories. The app doesn't work anymore for months now and I have installed it because of that.
This app is pretty good except for 1 major problem; there is no place to mark or put all of the things that you LOVE, so that you can leave the app and then just go straight back to those things. There are some search criteria to separate things out, but it's by category and price only, very hard to rule certain names in or out. Other than that, check out is a breeze and so is sign up and navigation for that matter.
Typically good finds, but bad experience if you don't check out before your done shopping. An item was removed from my cart while I was browsing
This is only my 2nd order..... I haven't received my 1st one yet, though I did get a txt saying its been mailed.... And as for the ordering process.... I do find it very easy and helpful.... I give it a thumbs up....
App has function that will cause you to untintentionally make purchase.there is a pop up on the checkout page that asks if you like the app. If you click to close the pop up the buy button is automatically activated. Presto! You made a purchase whether you want to or not. What's worse is customer service is incompetent and despite 4 emails they could/would not cancel the order
I love their jewelry. Quality very nice. Gold over silver you can't really tell.

The more I shop on Gilt the more I love it! I only wish they offered more eco-friendly and sustainable materials/products. I would never buy real fur, which is available all too often.

Looks as tho the products will be good quality. I hope so for the price. You'd think they would offer free standard shipping for larger purchases; they dont. There was a banner on the website indicating free shipping for placing an order today but, it wasnt so. My overall feeling, is one of dread, buyers remorse. So many online merchants have been riping people off since the pandemic. I'll be nicely in surprised if this turns out well. I'll edit my review when/if the products arrive.🤞🙏🙏🤞

About GILT? Well to begin with, I really never had any problems with any of the orders that I have ordered. Also, I paid the 1 X annual shipping fee of $30.00, and that has probably been used up by March 2022. That is totally worth it if you order from GILT. C. S. personel are very lovely. I have the GILT phone app and also on my Laptop It's very easy to use. I buy very often, every week. The ease of use, the sales, and selection of products. Makes me HAPPY! So Yeah it's GILT!
