Basic gimbal function all works well. I hope for more updates and additional features like ULTRA WIDE LENS, etc. It seems that the last update was year 2021. Please update more

I can't pair my phone (it was between the supported models) with the gimbal after trying every possible troubleshooting step! Total loss of money & time!

The app doesnt support 60 fps 4k video. And interface of the app is too bad as compared to others.

Utterly useless. Wait for the new revision, they said. Your problem will be fixed, they said. Totally unusable, rendering the gimbal totally unusable. Worst experience in an app dev ever. For shame. Update: I received an email from support, and they advised me not to pair with the phone via the phone's pairing system, but to connect directly through the app. This has resolved the issue, and all seems to be working well now. Much better.

I haven't had any issues with the app or pairing steps, it's really easy to set it up but the issue I have is the image quality and autofocus. I would love to see an update where it lets you record through the native camera app and just have overlay of the controls on the gimbal. But for now the image/ video quality seem to be very low. I own a Pixel 4 XL and it has an excellent camera system but I can't take advantage of it.

Why my gimble is not connected with my mobile I try with 2 different mobile but is not connected please solve this issues. Thank you

The app is good but there are some adjustments you need to fix. 1: when you quit gimbal pro app the stabilizer automatically disconnect, this is not what we want. 2: the video resolutions are not highest according to my phone's app. 3: the battery drain very fast when I open this app Kindly fix these problems. Thank you!

It doesn't properly work! It disconnects suddenly... And I don't need an inception mode with music! Make it possible only with one button.. Almost a year, I can see it doesn't have an update! I don't think you have a proper programmer! You just make a gimbal sell it.. :(

The app works fine but im facing some errors while shooting video. When i shoot and save the media, image files are getting saved in my device, but video files are not saved in the device. Dear developers, please look into the issue and fix the problem as soon as possible.

Used app with digitek gimbal, face and object recognition do not work properly at all. The advertisement says there is tracklapse and hyperlapse but there is nothing in the camera. Feels like a scam/marketing stunt. Each time you start the gimbal you have to re-configure all settings, it doesn't save settings after restart. Very bad app.

there was one time after the update; the sound is out of sync with video.... but the video is very stable... i thought it was fixed after another update but to my surprise, you just bring back the old shaky video... and one more thing... bring back the first develop filter... i really like it.... your new filter is a junk. After the new October 30,2020 update.. They EIS? Its superb stabilization for prestigio so far... good job..

It's frustrating because of this annoying clicking sound that up until now I think they can't fix it! Since I installed this apps things are not good. I tested with other android and still have the same clicking sound that is so frustrating to hear when I'm editing my video! What else can you do guys to fix this clicking sounds? Most of my videos have these annoying clicking sounds! I bought a prestige 3 gimbal not knowing that this app is so frustrating to use! Gimbal is fine app is not!

This app is suspicious. My phone started extremely overheating even when the phone was off and there were no apps running, as soon as I deleted the app and restarted my device everything went back to normal and my phone was staying at it's normal temperature.

Please fix those bugs or issues on this app, It keeps on closing the app and the Bluetooth connection is not stable. I am excited to use my new prestigio 3 axis, but I can't maximize the full potential of the gimbal and also with my phone. Please, It will be wonderful if this app will work 100% excellent 😊

Keep getting "write failed, try again" errors trying to change modes in the app. Haven't been able to use it at all. Looks like a nice Gimbal (Aluratek brand), but I'm most likely going to return it. Based on other reviews, it looks like the app is not being fixed.

App doesn't work on my Samsung S5 Mini, very difficult to get a Bluetooth connection to it, drops randomly. And worst of all when it does connect, I get no camera picture, just a Chinese error message. Not very helpful!

Not great ... It crashes when stitching the pictures together in Pan mode and sometimes doesn't take the pictures. To calibrate it you need to adjust first the mobile support properly. Carry on crashing!!!! After this update the app crashes still!

I just wish its app has a support for facebook live. Facebook is the leading social media platform and i don't see any logic why this app was developed without compatibility with facebook. And oh, i set the Language to "English" but Chinese characters are still coming out. I bought the unit all because of its zoom feature which i need in my facebook live broadcasts. Lamentably, it doesn't work on facebook live; sadly still, you never considered that NOT ALL who buy your product are Chinese. 😥

I have used this App using Prestigio 3-axis gimbal, theres one time, I had a record of a one time life event and it gave me a white corrupted video record all 5 clips, never ever use this app if you are gonna use a standard video record, just use this if you want motion timelapse, never trust this app if you've to record a once in lifetime even, it would be useless! Use your default camera instead.

When my Samsung S10 is on landscape orientation, both the side touch buttons are half-off the screen though I can still touch them. Please fix this issue for S10 to which the whole camera.features should be fitted on the scree..

After I connect my gimbal to this application my gimbal wasn't work properly. I tried to reset but it's not working. The scroll up, down, left and, right does not working anymore. If I scroll up the gimbal works horizontal. This is not good application.

Poor video quality, having a hard time stabilizing the gimbal. Whenever i record, stabilization fails and would keep on ticking sound. Quite disappointed with the gimbal and the application..

Bluetooth connection shockingly unstable. Pretty much unusable. Might as well use internal cam system with the gimbal, as this app provides zero additional functionality, which is the entire point.
