Gin Rummy Offline

A pretty good game. However, it could be greatly improved by electronically shuffling and allowing for a truly random draw of cards from the deck on each hand. It is very obvious that the results of cards being dealt and drawn are being controlled by the app and not on a total random selection. Hand outcomes to many times do not allow for the skills of the player to be exercised. (01-13-22) Am enjoying playing the game especially when spending quite a bit of time at home due to the COVID.

I really like this game. The only 2 things I don't like is, when I go out and tie with the other person, they get the win on that hand. Also your game doesn't shuffle the cards in order on knocking to lower the points. Also if I want to move a card, I have to do it right away when it is my turn, before drawing a card.

Whoever programmed this game should be fired. Obviously, hands are not random. Computer opponent wins on no play games, especially if you get a significant lead....repetitively. Every game!?!?! Completely rigged so no competition, despite how well played. It really is not an enjoyable game, ads are interminable, between every hand. Very low quality, but I guess you get what you pay for 😏

Good apart from the program wants to discard a card that forms a sequence or set of 3/4 cards. Needs to be programmed so this doesn't happen.

Fun game but it has issues. Several times I had GIN but it didn't understan that I had 4 10s and a 8,9 but the game didn't allow me to put them together. Frustrating!

Used to be a great game & suddenly now the draw cards come numerically in one suit & then numerically in another suit. Not fun any more. You wanted me to send screen shots & that would require a shot every draw. I checked other reviews & you have several thay say the same thing so this is not the first you have heard of this problem.

there's a lot of ads. i can deal with that. However, tap the x to close one out, and you end up opening the google play store, over and over again. My aim isn't off, and I'm sure they get paid each time. Hard pass due to deceptive practices as a result.

At the deal, amazing how many times the opposition gets 2 or 3 sets while your struggling with perhaps only one initial set. So many games result in opponent getting a knock and you've just got going. And the adverts virtually every time you go for the bonus! All in all pretty poor game.

You have heard this over and over but don't seem to do anything about it. It deals one suit at a time and has become boring. It's a shame I liked the game in the beginning but not anymore. This game is not a random deal game, to many one card misses. I lost 4 hands in a row by one card and every time the other player discarded my winning card at the end of the game. I found other games of straight gin on line that play fair. It's not 9/27/20 and the game is getting better congratulations.

Bit frustrating when you've been playing for a while and the other person checks out almost instantly every time. Gets very disheartening when you don't win three or four times in a row. However, it is the best Gin Rummy game out there so 👍

I love the game but I hate these new ads that's on here now. I'm uninstalling app until they change their ads. You shouldn't have to click 3 or 4 times just to get back to playing the game. I 've been using your app for 2 yrs. So this is ridiculous that you have to go through all these steps while your in the middle of a game.

I thought this was a good game. After playing awhile I found it's just like the rest of gin games. You can be down to needing one card, wait 20 cards, and never get it. All the high cards are dealt first. Shuffle the deck. Throw some low cards. I think it's just how they cheat you of your points. I uninstalled the game. Very annoying.

Out of 15 games how does the computer get to win them all? How come the computer can knock after 1 or 2 card pulls every 6 or 7 hands? It's supposed to be a game that is fun to play. When you can't win it gets uninstalled. Update your game so the user wins way more times more than the computer does so we feel good and come back to win some more. UPDATE: I love it now that I figured out how to win.

I agree with many others. Its hard to win, like the computer has the advantage. If I am dealt 8, 9, J I never see the 10. After 2 or 3 plays the computer wins. I will play some more but if it continues I am gone.

I used to love this game. I have played since 2017 and it was fun. However, the last two updates ruined the game. The decks do not shuffle anymore, ( the cards are drawn in suit order) and the game is rigged to at least give you a three-of-a-kind to start with. That is bad. I left this review 3-1-20. It is now 4-6-20 and it is still dealing in order and nothing has been fixed...

The pop-up ads are ridiculously out of control and it's very difficult to get out of them. They cause long delays to the game and usually take you to the app even when you're trying to close it. Makes this game bo fun at all, just irritating.

I would rate this game a 5 if it let you sort your cards. Been looking for an Oklahoma version and that is why it got 3 stars. I'm uninstalling it. Would also like to be able to set a few game rules, like aces high or low.

Really enjoyed the old version, this newer one is even better. Been in IT 50+ years... this is very well designed and implemented and highly intuitive. If I could give it more stars I would. Excellent and highly recommended.

Uninstalled Was good for a hot minute until ad would not let me continue the game because I had to play it in order to close it. There was no way to close the ad. And I was in the middle of a game. If you're more concerned with ads that's fine I want to play the game.

Until yesterday it was nice & challenging. But now I win every game in the 1st round. Something is glitched in the system and it is no longer challenging or fun. Please fix

Well I said I would update, I still love this game not too many adds .just fun. So down load and enjoy.

Good game as a learning tool but lacks the reality of what cards would be turned in real life. It's always the same pattern I'm almost done and looking for a more realistic Gin game.

The most scripted game I have ever played. As you play more rounds its evident that the game decides when you are going to win. Also I had 6 rounds in a row where the 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q and K of diamonds were all sequentially placed, which is stupid. That often happens, making the game unenjoyable

I'm only doing this because every five seconds they ask me to rate them. Maybe stop doing that because it's annoying and eventually people are going to eave negative reviews because you're always pestering them? It's a great game though. I love that you can play some of the different versions of Rummy.

Well to start with it seemed to be ok to play to pass time but then when you get further into the game and start playing top ranking games the other opponents start getting point's although not winning any games so a bit pointless really

Ive played this game for a long time. Love it but lately it starts with ace or 2 of diamonds. Throws wrong card away. I unistalled and put back on. Not better. I would like to know how or if i can. I love the game but annoyed.

Game is a little to easy to win. Not quite like a human opponent. Àt least it doesnt cheat like most mobile spades games or have idiots for partners. It does approximate gin rummy but I never got so many great hands with real cards. And I been playing fir 50 years since I was ten.

fun game. I enjoy straight gin but you have 2 other options of play. minimal ads and great way to kill time. recommend this game to people who want to just sit and play a card game.
