** GIN RUMMY OFFLINE PLAYING **
-The basic game strategy is to improve one's hand by forming melds and eliminating deadwood. Gin has two types of meld: Sets of 3 or 4 cards sharing the same rank,
-e.g. 9♥ 9♦ 9♠ , and runs of 3 or more cards in sequence, of the same suit, such as 6♥ 7♥ 8♥ or more.
-Deadwood cards are those not in any meld. Aces are considered low they can form a set with other ace but only the low end of runs (A♠ 2♠ 3♠ is a legal run but Q♠ K♠ A♠ is not). -A player can form any combination of melds within their hand, whether it contains all sets, all runs, or a mix of both.
-A hand can contain three or fewer melds to knock or form legal gin.
-The deadwood count is the sum of the point values of the deadwood cards aces are scored at 1 point, face cards at 10, and others according to their numerical values. Intersecting melds are not allowed; if a player has a three-card set and a three-card run sharing a common card, only one of the melds counts and the other two cards count as deadwood.

Wonderful game.. Great win /lose ratio.. Love the fact that I can play different versions.. Also Ads are quick but frequent. Can not complain for a free game.. Ads are a part of it...
I should have gotten gin while playing Straight Gin but when I pressed 'Gin' button the cards were rearranged and gave me 19 as the deadwood pile. I had a have of three 8 and 9,10, jack queen of hearts and 8,9,10 of clubs. It shifted the 8 of clubs to the hand with the 8s and left me with the 19 which was then given to my opponent and I lost the game.
Excellent game! Best gin rummy game that I ever installed! I've installed ithers and they were uninstalled too quickly because they were too many ads or too cut throat. Worth downloading!

Frustrating. So... I have 2 Queens. Discard 1. The next draw is a Queen. When apponent knocks, the discard is typically THE one card I need.
I enjoy this gin Ive played many Only one Issue- when I recieve a card I am keeping In the middle of moving it it gets taken then after its taken the component knocks!
Needs landscape version . Hard to pick the card you want ,always end up picking wrong card
A black box shows up over my cards all the time and I have to wait for it to clear. Also takes the wrong card when I have gin leaving me with points left.

I WAS REALLY ENJOYING THIS GAME...THEN SUDDENLY IT WOULD NOT GIVE ME OPPORTUNITY TO SELECT GIN AND THEN THE NEXT HAND MY OPPONENT WOULD MAKE GIN. THIS HAS HAPPENED ALL NIGHT. I AM GOING TO ANOTHER GAME. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? CAN IT BE FIXED? I WOULD CERTAINLY GIVE IT FIVE STARS IF I COULD ACTUALLY WIN WHEN I ACTUALLY WIN!!

I had a gin, it offered me a gin button, but then it rearranged the cards and I lost the round! 😤

It's not the first time this app has made my winning hand into a loss. It rearranged the cards thereby giving me deadwood higher than my opponent's. I was playing Straight Rummy and should have no deadwood in order to hit the Gin button. Fix this glitch please. I have a screenshot of the hand I wish I could upload.
